I have read some bad reviews from initial areas here in NC. So far, the install was fast, installers courteous and professional. We had Spectrum before we dropped it, and still get outage notices. We had a storm the other night and Spectrum went down for about 18 hours. Not even a hiccup with Ripple Fiber. Love the Wifi speed. I give Ripple Fiber a thumbs up after being screwed by Spectrum for 30 years.

Ripple helped me setup at home and install I had a small issue but the customer service on the phone was fantastic you don’t find that anymore ripple was great

The price and the friendliness.

When encounter the outage, no any updates from Ripple fiber, and for over 8 hours, there's no any communications or updates of the status. Terrible services.

We have had flawless service since we changed over a year easily what more do you need.

Have had over 15 outages just in the month of August. With no explanation. Just not reliable actually less reliable than the service I got rid of.

I've had Ripple Fiber's service for nine months and it been consistent and reliable. On Tuesday, September 1st, we lost all internet conductivity while I was streaming. After rebooting the modem and router did not resolve the issue I called customer service to make them aware of my issue. Upon reaching customer service, an automated recording informed me that service to my area was down, and that a crew had already been dispatched to determine the problem. This was amazingly within 15-minutes of me losing service, which was absolutely incredible!

Shortly thereafter, I received a text message automatically notifying me of the same. Text messages continued throughout the service outage with frequent updates telling me the crew had arrived, the crew had identified the problem, and that repairs were underway. This really was a noteworthy way to assure customers that the situation was well in-hand!!!

Following the repair, I was immediately notified once again by text message that service had been restored. This message allowed me to reboot my modem and router and restore my internet connection. Other internet providers have never seemed to notify me in a timely manner when a similar issue had occurred, making it necessary for me to continually call them or try to reboot the equipment to see if it had been repaired. I DID NOT have to play these games with Ripple.

I can honestly say that this internet outage was the most stress-free one I have EVER experienced. Ripple Fiber's way of communicating the issue to me and keeping me informed was a textbook example of concern for their customers and sets a standard that all companies should emulate.

WELL DONE!!!

Service went out. Was given 3 different times that a technician was on their way and took over 24hrs. They are quick to cut service if payment does not go through but when it’s their fault, you hear crickets and no response.

Great service. Fast and always works.

Fast no spinning

Very few outages and if there is one, we are kept informed of the progress. Speed is good.

I've been waiting over a month to get my cable buried.
