I had a great experience with Rise…

I had a great experience with Rise Fiber. Very professional, friendly and caring customer service. Their rates and deals are also good. Nick solved the issue very quickly. There was no long waiting, no much convincing chat from him. He was to the point and clear. Highly recommend!

I had been with Rise for a few months and can honestly say their service has been brilliant. Excellent uptime, good speeds, and excellent customer service. Sadly, I'm moving, and they aren't available where I'm going, but they were polite and courteous in dealing with my cancellation. I can't recommend them more highly.

Engineers who came to hook me up for broadband were absolutely great. Helping explain everything to me making sure that I knew how to get all up and going. I was confused with the sales person he said that you would be the same as the company l am with but cheaper but it turned out you don’t do the same product l have with BT but I’m waiting for one of your colleagues to get back to me after the weekend to review the contract

Good service

Cole helped me understand the process of setting up broadband services, how rise fibre works, what they do, and who to contact if i have any problems, as well as recommending a suitable plan. It Was fast and easy to set up. I recommend this company☺️

Very clear with the explanation of the Broardband set up set up

I’ve just had a wonderful call with Chris Thorpe, who was amazingly helpful and very clear with what I was actually getting. I am returning back to the UK after being absent for many years to which the Internet has changed a lot. He was very precise in explaining how it worked and what I was getting with my order.
