Eccellente servizio
Ho avuto un ritardo su un volo e grazie a RitardoAereo sono riuscito a farmi rimborsare l'importo previsto dalle normative europee nonostante la reticenza della compagnia aerea.
Si sono occupati di fare tutte le scartoffie e seguire la procedura cosa che non avrei mai avuto tempo di fare.
Assolutamente raccomandato.

Approccio con il cliente MOLTO professionale
Nonostante l'iter di rimborso sia durato un anno e mezzo (dicembre 2022 - maggio 2024) ho trovato in *ritardo aereo* molta professionalità e soprattutto tantissima disponibilità nel mettersi nei panni del cliente e rassicurarlo sulla procedura di rimborso. Cosa che non ho trovato nella compagnia aerea a cui avevo pagato profumatamente il biglietto aereo.
