Love the yarn I got from Rito (their own brand is as soft as my previous favourite merino & comes in colours the other doesn't). When one of my 2 orders placed on the same day got lost by royal mail (tracking number stuck in one place for a week) they sent a replacement (that didn't get lost this time) so I could still get going on my knitting projects. They reassured me when I was worried I'd only received one bag not two & was beginning to think my second order had glitched because I'd placed them so close together. I'm sure my sister is going to love the quality of the finished baby clothes too.
My only minor issue is the emails didn't seem to run smoothly, my first attempt to send one bounced and I didn't receive their replies until the third or fourth they sent (then could view the whole chain of messages) but I don't know if that's an issue with my email provider. I didn't try contact via phone as I hate talking on a phone (only mentioning as it's in a couple of other reviews I read).

Great assortment of art and craft supplies. Good customers services and despite that the parcel has to come from Denmark, it arrived in the UK within 10 days of ordering.

Customer service excellent good communication very prompt. Infinity heart bamboo yarn beautiful to knit I used 3.5mm needles. Highly recommend this company

Very competitive prices and super quick delivery - I shop with a couple of other Danish wool suppliers and their deliveries always take longer to arrive. I would wish there was an option to create an account on tis website, where I can see all my previous orders - useful to track the sources of yarn for previous projects and compare the costs.

Merino wool was on offer and I was able to order two colours for a mosiac sweater I will be knitting in the autumn. I received an email confirmation and tracking for delivery and was happy with the service and the yatn recieved.

Beads arrived promptly, correct colours.

Great company and products are very good value for money - generally arrive within a week or so. Just disappointing that they have changed their postal service so there is now a weight limit of 2 kg - so if you are ordering heavier items, it is completely impossible to get the free postage and you have to break down parcels into multiple smaller ones and pay £5.75 for each one

From the ease of ordering to the time of delivery I was impressed with the service, also the after care was available if needed.
Delivery was on time and the products are amazing, now to start my project

Ordered yarn several weeks ago, wanted to start a project as I was going on holiday. Order acceoted. Then I was sent an email saying some items were out of stock but would be in stock within week. I said I would wait till all was in stock. When this timeframe past I got another email saying there were further delays. One item would be in stock imminently but one would be delayed further. So I cancelled one.
Then another email saying that item would not be available until mid March.
I’ve had at least five emails promising a delivery within a short period of time then saying it wouldn’t.
I do not understand why the items that were in stock could not be sent. I spent £151. Sadly not impressed.
