Received what we ordered in a timely manner.

Let’s start with what I’m doing daily sending two emails per day for the last seven days no reply, wanting to return the product and get a refund and no one and I mean and no one has gotten back to me.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY this is awful awful practice. You’re very quick at taking our money. I have had to cancel my credit card cause from what I’ve read on the reviews that they automatically enrolled you into a subscription and I never authorize that I am still waiting to this day today is July 15, 2026. I have never been treated like this as a customer. Lesson learnt never order online again .

Came quickly and I was able to avoid a subscription.

I ordered the “bargain“ by three get three with a promise to receive by 12 business days. Then I realized I would be gone so I tried to cancel the order. That didn’t work so I had someone check my deliveries. Nothing came in 12 business days. The tracking was difficult, but I did find it and it didn’t even show that it made it to the first target: “leaving the operation center” that was due 14 DAYS AGO! After a couple emails, “Sara” replied, after the one that I told them I would contact my credit card company for a dispute, that she could not find my order even though I provided the order number. Her email stated she would check with her support team. I also sent. screenshots of the order. After one day of waiting, I decided to dispute with my credit card company because I did not want to risk it being sent back because I was not home. The credit card company gave me immediate credit, which surprised me and also made me think this was a known fraud.

Ordered Happy Liver product and received Bright Liver product just like another subscriber described. Totally different ingredients. Tried contacting the company and no response. Disputed the charge with credit card company. Now keeping a close eye on their known practice of unauthorized charging for subscriptions. STAY AWAY!! Even their links for product on FB with testimonials appear to be fake.

There is no NAC in this, as claimed on the website. They didn't let me return the 7 bottles I bought. AI responded every time, not a human. Everything about this spells SCAM

I ordered 1 bottle of tablets.
A further bottle arrived later, which I was unaware I needed to stop automatic subscriptions.
Customer services said they couldn’t stop the order but they would send instructions telling me how to return the unwanted tablets.
Customer services are no longer responding to my emails.
I’m not happy!

SCAMMERS!! Stay far, far away from this ‘company’!! Aside from the fact that this product isn’t FDA approved and you have no idea what these capsules actually contain (DON’T PUT THIS CRAP IN YOUR BODY!!), they have the shadiest Customer Service, ever. I did not want a subscription but somehow I got signed up for one. The night they debited my CC for the second time, I sent them a message - within 15 minutes - to try to cancel this order, through their Customer Service. I did not get an immediate reply but the next morning received notification that it was too late, and the order had already been processed. We all know that was BS! Yet it took 3 weeks to receive and then both bottles came in cheap plastic wrapper. After the order was delivered I again contacted Customer Service to request a full refund. They agreed to that but said I had to pay $16.40 EACH to cover S/H charges. I only got $23.59 back for a $39.99 bottle. Shame on me for not doing better due diligence on this product!! I was willing to eat the cost of my first order but not the “subscription”. I’ll be taking this up with my CC to try to recoup my monies and if that doesn’t work, I’ll sell them on eBay. Bastards!!

I received my product promptly after placing my order and the directions to take the product with food was clear.

I received a a charge on my credit card for an order that I did not place when I tried contacting them. They couldn’t understand or find where the charge or the order came from since I did not have a subscription promise that I would not receive the order that they would take care of it and never did. The order is still coming to me $94.94 and now I have to fight to get my money back and return the order once it gets to me this is absolutely ridiculous. I have never been so frustrated over an order before in my life. I’ve never had this happen to me with all the shopping that I do. This is one of the worst companies. I will never shop with them again.

I haven’t received my product yet, but when I reached out for support, I was answered fairly quickly and my issue was resolved.

I returned the product unopened and paid to return it, but I still haven't received my refund. To make matters worse, they charged me again even though I made a one-time payment. I contacted the company, and they told me my email was sent to the review team, and I would hear back soon. It's been 2 days and I sent 2 more emails since then, but I haven't received any reply about what is happening with my return. I am furious that I was charged a second time even after the company said, "I see you did sign up for the subscription." 😡😡😡😡😡😡

The happy liver made me so sick I almost had to go to the hospital. Then they sent me the address to send it back and the address they gave me would not accept the package. They was $15 shipping plus they owe me for two bottles of happy liver. Horrible customer service. Nobody cares.

I ordered on May 7. Today is July 14. I have not received what I ordered or the refund I have requested.

Zero stars! This is a china made company- after calling them out they responded immediately saying they would send it to the return department to help me with that. Then they went silent. Many emails later I had to dispute it with my bank. I wouldn’t trust this company at all and if you truly care about what you’re putting in your body i definitely wouldn’t recommend taking this.

The delivery was quick! But dealing with Sara at customer service was amazing! She took care of everything for me. I will definitely be reordering the product at a future date
