I received my product promptly after placing my order and the directions to take the product with food was clear.

I received a a charge on my credit card for an order that I did not place when I tried contacting them. They couldn’t understand or find where the charge or the order came from since I did not have a subscription promise that I would not receive the order that they would take care of it and never did. The order is still coming to me $94.94 and now I have to fight to get my money back and return the order once it gets to me this is absolutely ridiculous. I have never been so frustrated over an order before in my life. I’ve never had this happen to me with all the shopping that I do. This is one of the worst companies. I will never shop with them again.

I haven’t received my product yet, but when I reached out for support, I was answered fairly quickly and my issue was resolved.

I returned the product unopened and paid to return it, but I still haven't received my refund. To make matters worse, they charged me again even though I made a one-time payment. I contacted the company, and they told me my email was sent to the review team, and I would hear back soon. It's been 2 days and I sent 2 more emails since then, but I haven't received any reply about what is happening with my return. I am furious that I was charged a second time even after the company said, "I see you did sign up for the subscription." 😡😡😡😡😡😡

The happy liver made me so sick I almost had to go to the hospital. Then they sent me the address to send it back and the address they gave me would not accept the package. They was $15 shipping plus they owe me for two bottles of happy liver. Horrible customer service. Nobody cares.

Zero stars! This is a china made company- after calling them out they responded immediately saying they would send it to the return department to help me with that. Then they went silent. Many emails later I had to dispute it with my bank. I wouldn’t trust this company at all and if you truly care about what you’re putting in your body i definitely wouldn’t recommend taking this.

Why Another Shipment
To receive another shipment without my authorizaztion and only 3 weeks after receiving my initial order. The second shipment is also $20 higher than the original. I know I did not sign up for auto ship but I am having difficulty getting this straightened out! I think I am through ordering from ads on Facebook.

Incredibly difficult to cancel automatic subscription. I took extra care on the company website to not order a renewal subscription. And still, I was being charged monthly for a product I did not want. I ultimately had to cancel my credit card to avoid the monthly charge. The company makes it incredibly difficult to cancel subscription after the fact. After fiddling right left and center on their web site, I was still unable to cancel…

I am still going through a refund process!! Holy crap what an endless amount of emails I have been going through! This company is outrages and untrusting. Everytime I get a email from someone new and I have to explain the whole situation again. I ordered found out I subscribed (which I did not) I immediately emailed to cancel with no response right away, the next day I get an email saying they cannot refund it has been sent! Not my fault! Finally I get another email I had to explain to and they finally said they would refund on June 16th saying it would be 5-10 business days! It is now July 14th and no refund! Oh and on the 11th of July they charged me $94.94. I again immediately emailed and thank goodness that was refunded as I was talking to my card company to dispute once again. Do not trust anything they say it seems they are just buying time so you forget about it and just move on.
