Ritual Labs - Happy Liver Bewertungen 

This company is a scam…do not buy! I purchased several bottles, it took many days to arrive because this is shipped from China! It is NOT made in the U.S. I only opened one bottle and took the dosage for several days. It made me terribly sick. I contacted customer support, it took many emails and many days for them to answer me. I was given a return address in Miami, Florida. I paid for priority shipping to the address I was given. After a few days I checked the tracking, it showed ‘undeliverable, vacant space’ and the package was returned to me. I have yet to hear back from this company regarding the fake address I was given. Needless to say, they have ghosted me and I fear I will never get my money back.

I bought this product in error. I tried canceling within 24 hours but was told I couldn't. Once I received the product I immediately followed their return policy process (twice). I never heard back from them. I'm out $100... I would advise everyone not to make any purchase from this company!

They were wonderful with the return process and communication .. would absolutely do business with them again ..

I sent a returned shipment unopened along with the tracking number, now you are requesting the same 3 wks ago!

When you shop the internet, you never know if you are dealing with a reputable company or not. This product was mentioned on a Facebook post as helping with liver issues which I believe I am having. The product has been helpful and I feel I have found a good company.

I had read about Ritual labs and knew I wanted to try the Happy Liver. Ordering was easy and the July 4th sale was very enticing. Shipping took a little longer than I wanted, just due to the shear excitement of getting the product and to start taking it. I’m in my 2nd full week and can start to tell a difference. No longer bloating as much and feeling yucky. I can’t wait to get a month in and see how I feel at that time. I’m hoping it will also lower my cholesterol as well. I know there are no promises but with some liver support…we’ll see.

They never received the unopened containers I returned, and they kept charging me for a subscription I had already cancelled. I have already filed a police report because I don't want them to keep stealing from other people.

I would definitely had given a NEGATIVE 100 if I could have. This company (if you can even call it that), is a complete SCAM! I honestly thought this would be a good company with a good product and thought I had done my research but apparently not. Coming to this website and reading other reviews, shows me the same thing has happened to them.
I initially ordered the product but could not use it right away due to a medical issue. I went to their website and tried to cancel my subscription, just in case I had one. It was very confusing, and I was just hoping that it had went through, but then I got an email saying the second shipment was on its way! I did try to cancel, while their website says you can cancel, it is impossible to do so and does not allow you to! Meanwhile, the second shipment came in, and I was charged for it. I then went onto their website and tried to cancel multiple times again with no success. In the meantime I got another email saying the third shipment was on the way and they charged me, again! I sent several emails to rectify this. The only response I got from them was that on their end they would definitely cancel my subscription and if I wanted to unsubscribe, I should’ve just went in and clicked the box to do so. This was after I explained that it was impossible to do so, and that it was their system’s fault. They gave no explanation for this and did not even address it. Nothing was ever sent to me about reimbursement for charges and even though they charged me for the third shipment, I never received it anyways.
Save yourself from being scammed and robbed of your money. This company is not what they say they are.

Very very helpful and quick with responses and getting my issue resolved. Would absolutely order from them again.

I responded to multiple ads and wanted to try the product and bought three bottles. I had no idea that, in doing so, I had signed up for a subscription, and just four weeks after the three bottles arrive, I was informed that another three are on the way. I contacted the company immediately before they were dispatched and was told it would be dealt with. Now they have been delivered. I know I should have read these reviews more carefully. It took several emails but I have now received a refund and am happy they listened to me.

If you respond to any of their ads, make sure you read the small print carefully and don't subscribe inadverdently.

Customer Service made it very easy for me to return the product and get a refund after purchasing it. I really appreciate the kindness and professional service provided.

This is a scum company. They pretend to not know that you didn’t sign up for recurring subscription bcs they hide it on their website when you first order. Then they pretend that you didn’t cancel and continue sending you their crap ordinary pills so to pretend again that it’s too late to cancel because oops- they already sent it! Avoid as a plague.

You sent me an email that my my recurring order was in process. As soon as I sent the email for a change of address you shipped it and told me you could not change my address until my request was reviewed.
Your company just like all other companies
Do not give the customer time to respond on any changes. Therefore I will be canceling my subscription for all future orders.

I have, so far, zero complaints. All has run smoothly. The product seems to be working, as confirmed by a recent retest of my bloodwork. I am pleased and hope to continue to see improvement.

I was very disappointed with my experience.

When I placed my order, I did not knowingly sign up for a subscription. I was careful to review my order before submitting it because I have had this happen with another company in the past.

As soon as I received an email indicating that another order was being shipped, I immediately contacted customer service to cancel it. I was told that my email address was not in their system, even though they had just used that same email address to notify me that my order was on its way. I also found that every time I tried to access the “Manage Subscription” section of the website, it told me my email address did not exist.

Customer service promised that someone would contact me within 24 hours, but I did not receive a response until more than 48 hours later. By then, the order had already shipped, making cancellation impossible.

Now I have to wait for the package to arrive, send it back, and then wait again for a refund. Since I paid in U.S. dollars from Canada, I will also lose money on the exchange rate through no fault of my own.

The product itself may be good, but my experience with the company’s ordering and customer service has been extremely frustrating. I hope Ritual Labs improves its subscription system and responds more promptly when customers ask to cancel an order.
