Don't buy from this company unless you enjoy stress. I bought a chair from then in January 2026. I waited around two weeks. When the chair arrived I noticed it had broken parts. Cleary the packaging was very poor and the several people that had handled it probably all the way from China didn't care. I took photos for customer service as advised & emailed them over to Rivexo. They will reply but not for 24 hours. They must be in another country. When they reply it's like the replies are from a robot. There is no support telephone number on the website. Eventually I had the part replaced only to find when I started to put the chair together, I found another broken part. Rivexo tried to blame me for not checking the whole chair the first time. I didn't do that as I naively assumed I could have returned the chair for a full refund or a replacement. They have a 14 day full refund policy if you read the small print. I asked for refund because it was taking so long to communicate with them (Robot) and to get new parts. After a period of around 3 weeks I eventually got the chair together. FYI it cost £159.00
They didn’t refuse to give me a full refund they simply ignored my request and insisted on sending spares. All in all next time I won’t buy from a website that hasn’t got a support telephone number with at least a Human to talk to. Rivexo are simply people that buy shit from China hike the price & sell it on. It’s been going on for Hundreds of year. I sell a skill and feel very proud of it.

I am still not entirely sure how I ended up on Rivexo’s site, but placing an order for a chair with them was a massive mistake. Minutes after ordering, I discovered troubling reviews and immediately emailed them to cancel. Over the next two days, I sent multiple follow-up requests, all of which went completely ignored.
The silence only broke forty-eight hours later when they claimed the order couldn't be canceled because it had already shipped. Suspiciously, the formal shipment confirmation arrived thirty minutes after that email. They informed me that if I didn't want the item, I should simply "refuse the delivery." However, since they provided no tracking updates, the delivery driver arrived out of the blue, left the package in a common foyer, and departed before I had any chance to reject it.
The subsequent "customer service" was a farce. I was met with bizarre, vague responses—including being asked if the "machine" was new and even receiving blank emails. Realizing I was being stonewalled, I initiated a chargeback with my bank and successfully recovered my money.
It was only after the payment was reverted that they suddenly became communicative, reaching out from a different domain to demand I either ship the chair back or pay 80% of the price to keep it. This is a predatory dropshipping operation that relies on evasion and delays. Stay away.

My experience with Rivexo has been one of the worst I’ve ever had with an online retailer.
I cancelled my order within minutes of placing it after discovering how many negative reviews they already had. Their own terms say cancellations are allowed before shipping, yet they refused to cancel and repeatedly refused to provide any tracking information to prove the item had actually been dispatched.
Days later, they finally gave me a tracking number and then instructed me to refuse delivery when the courier arrived. I followed their instructions exactly. The parcel was refused and returned to them, confirmed by Yodel’s tracking history.
Despite this, Rivexo only refunded £89 of the £159 I paid. When I asked why, they claimed that “refusal to accept delivery will incur a charge” — a fee that does not exist anywhere in their terms or refund policy, and especially not when the refusal was done at their instruction. Their terms mention a 10% restocking fee after shipment, not a 44% deduction.
Since then, they have refused to discuss the missing £70 and simply send the same copy‑and‑paste message saying they have “already refunded” me. No explanation, no accountability, no customer service.
This company shows a clear pattern of:
• refusing cancellations
• withholding tracking information
• instructing customers to refuse delivery
• issuing partial refunds with no contractual basis
• ignoring legitimate concerns
I’ve now escalated the matter to my credit‑card provider.
Save yourself the stress — do not order from Rivexo.

The dehumidifier appears to be the same unit, same advert, same content, just the name changed from Covatar UK.
I bought the dehumidifier just over 12 months ago, it lasted maybe 12 days over the 12 month warranty and has now failed.
This unit will remove water from the air, however, at a very slow rate, I would use mine all day Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and also each evening and it would remove between 500ml and 700ml per week, it would struggle to keep humidity below 60 if there are two or more people in a room. If you need something that extracts more liquid look elsewhere. Also fact check the 4p per day running cost claim, it's actually around 2p per hour at current UK rates, nothing major but clearly misleading advertising. If you look up Covatar the UK website is now closed but the reviews remain and speak volumes. I have bought a replacement from another, more reputable company for less and so far it seems to perform to a far higher standard. I would rate the humidifier I had from Covatar as being worth £50 at the very most.

This is a scam company. My son ordered a gaming chair and an office chair arrived. If you try and make a return you need to pay to China and they will then offer you a 3% return. Complete scam, avoid,avoid,avoid.

Please avoid this company at all cost. Delivered a chair with broken leg, refused to take responsibility for it. Took 20 emails back and forth for them to ignore every attempt to return chair for a refund, said they would just send a refund, delivering only a partial sum, which was never in the cards. Now threatens me with charge for refused delivery, refusing to explain what they are even on about.

No stars or negative stars would be more appropriate - I would recommend that this site is removed as the products they sell are not fit for purpose and despite saying there is a 14 day refund guarantee on the website, the only message you get from emails is a repetitive request for videos. If Rivexo is unable to meet the requirements of UK consumer rights and abide by internet selling laws, they should not be allowed to sell.

Beware all items on there site you can pick up off TEMU for £10 or £20 i placed an order for a SAD Lamp on the 8th December I had no email confirmation after looking at there reviews I emailed them to cancel my order and got no reply I therefore contacted the bank to dispute payment and never received my item after 14 days the bank credited my money back I since been received emails from rivexo asking to withdraw my complaint and keep them item which I have not received and they will give me %20 back they proceeded to show me a picture of the parcel being delivered which is not my door and saying it was signed for which it was not i will be reporting to trades and standards and police if harassment persists

When trying to return it to the UK office that it stated on the website I was told to return it to China and I have to pay for any fees plus a 15% return fee and then asked if I want a 3% refund instead.

The company provided poor emails back when I tried to cancel an order made in error. This order I attempted to cancel on same day as order the response back almost like automated. After daily emails received a partial refund with it reduced by 15% as a cancellation fee which I am still disagreeing with. The site looks a bit dodgy with the amount of chairs remaining always the same regardless of colour it never changes. I was put into the site by what appears a dodgy review site which when you try to go on their about us is something unrelated I could go on. The company also looks to be just registered to a London flat

In the end, I went through with the purchase, I’m glad I did. The chair arrived, all parts were included, and the quality is genuinely good. It feels exactly as described and I’ve had no issues after a week of using it for long hours every day.
The only downside is customer service responsiveness doesnt seem to be the 24/7 advertised, but the product itself has been solid for me atleast.

3. Constantly pestered with adverts for cloud storage, when I have already bought an SD card.
4. Fiddly to operate. Minimal instructions in Chinese English (know what I mean?)
5. 2k resolution is not good enough. For example vehicle registration numbers not readable.
