18 months ago acquired a Roamer 320 Smart3. The team there kept me fully informed of delivery details.

I was able to get some technical support very easily when my BMS app was not providing the right info. Based on the advice my settings were updated and all was well but I was advused a long term solution was to get a BMS flash update which required the battery at the shop. Alas we use the van (and battery) a lot and agreed to pop in whenever we werepassing. So 12 months later the opportunity finally arose and adter short messages we popped in the next day as agreed and sure enough the team were on hand to accept the battery and updated the BMS. An hour later we were off.

The whole team were very supportive, incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly.

Cannot recommend the business, the team and the batteries more highly.

Just installed a ROAMER 460SMART4 into a 58' narrowboat replacing the 5 x 160Ah AGMs previously used.
The battery working into a Victron Multiplus 2 has performed flawlessly and the only real problems were having to shift a substantial amount of ballast from one side of the boat to the other to re-trim the boat after the removal of around 250kG of old battery.

I'm a repeat customer and couldn't be happier with the service and product quality Roamer supply.

Having recently dealt with the guys at Roamer, I would NEVER use their service, even if I was desperate. They are extremely rude, and compulsive liars. Be warned.

Always quick delivery never any problems with the products we always use Roamer a name you can trust far better value than Victron for batteries .
