Just purchased my second battery from Roamer, a Smart4 460Ah. The latest series 4 is a real step forward with Victron Cerbo connection capabilities. I can't speak highly enough of the Roamer team, always looking to advance their products and keep their reputation for great customer service as good today as it has always been. The little welcome pack, with company bio, battery stickers a a few sweets was evidence of great attention to detail which I really liked. The pack containing all the battery specs and quality checks was welcome as was the follow up email prompting warranty registration. Keep up the good work - well done.

Ordered an underseat battery - fitted perfectly in a 2023 Ducato based Rollerteam. Then realised that the lithium settings on my charger was not ideal so emailed for advice - very quick response and helpful. So far so good!

Recently installed a SeatBase 230 in my Ducato vana and it is an absolute game changer! A quality product that was easy to install, fits perfectly and together with the useful Bluetooth BMS app, has taken away all the anxiety of not knowing the battery state.

Roamer provided great pre-sales service and were happy to ship internationally (to Switzerland), the battery arrived within a few days of it being dispatched.

Only one minor complaint, the iPhone app does not automatically reconnect and would benefit from an option to manually reconnect rather than needing to scan for the battery every time it has disconnected.

Steve - Thanks you so much for saving me money on my camper upgrade. You cut through all the BS and gave me the answer even though you were sending me to others to purchase the quick solution. Vary happy with your guidance and suggestions, will be back when I need to re-design the mains/inverter/battery power supply.

Excellent battery

Had my battery a while now, works great, so great that I don't have to monitor it anymore, it just sits in the background and I don't have to worry about when it will next be charged. Roamer support are great too, they helped me with my setup, but to be truthful if I was to do this again I'd ditch the solar and b2b charger and add another Roamer battery and just charge it before I set off, as that is how I'm currently using just one battery. I have the 300ah, and the battery is so light I had to rebalance my caravan by taking away some weight on the opposite side, because the previous lead acid batteries were so heavy. I never did like the lead acid batteries and switching to a Roamer battery confirmed my suspicions that lead acid batteries no longer have a use in this day and age. My wife and kids hammer the battery and we have even stopped turning the inverter off, I couldn't really care how long the battery lasts as it has already outlasted our lead acid batteries, and I'd quite happily buy again.

Great service always there when you have a question Steve and his team are there to help, as a business to business this support is great.

So far, everything has been very well organised and efficient. Very impressed with the team at Roamer, who have also planned our system and provided a kit list. We've taken delivery of the electrical system for our van conversion, which will be fitted in due course.
