Antwort von ROBERT ELECTRONICS
To Whom It May Concern,
We take allegations of fraud with the utmost seriousness and categorically deny this accusation. Your claims are factually incorrect and demonstrate a misunderstanding of both our corporate structure and standard international logistics.
First (Corporate Entity): Robert Electronics is a registered U.S. corporation headquartered in Wyoming (not New York or Hong Kong). To provide competitive pricing and cover all EU import duties (DDP) on behalf of our European customers, we operate a global supply chain utilizing international fulfillment centers, including in Singapore. This is a standard and fully legal multinational business model.
Second (Tracking Mechanics): The tracking number provided to you is entirely legitimate. In cross-border e-commerce, customers are provided with a "last-mile" tracking number for their local carrier. By default, this number will show as "not found" or "inactive" in the local carrier's system until the package has physically completed its international transit, cleared EU customs, and been handed over to the local depot. This is standard logistical procedure, not deception.
Third (Buyer Protection & Verification): Because you have posted this unverified review without providing an order number, we are unable to identify you in our system or investigate your specific shipment. We operate strictly in compliance with international consumer protection laws. If your package is lost in transit, you are legally entitled to, and will receive, a full and immediate refund.
We require you to contact our support team at sales@robertelectronics.co.uk with your official order number so we can initiate a formal investigation into your shipment.
