What made this experience great was actually taking the Rock-Ola Factory tour with my wife. Cheron and Alexander took the time to show us how each component of our new jukebox was made. The craftsmanship is amazing. We live close by, and I understand that not everybody is going to fly to California to "look" at a jukebox. They disclosed before our order, that the process from order to delivery was going to take some time. I was not concerned as I already have a Rock-Ola jukebox (grandpa's old 442) and I was willing to wait to get the quality that will last forever. Mine is 56years old, in the family since '75. These new units are solidly built and reflect the quality that you would expect in the brand. They delivered the unit on my Birthday-which was awesome, and everything was perfect. The only issue that I had was that I DID NOT READ THE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS.I read the numbers wrong in the selector window. - I'm sure that Alexander tried to tell me several times on how to load the labels. Pay attention. -ask my wife, apparently, I am not always a good listener. :) be safe + enjoy

It's time you will respond to our order a couple of years ago in which you still owe us jukeboxes which are paid for. We have been very patience but now you are in full production again but donot respond to my e-mail and other messages and donot even pick up your phone for us and not calling us back I guess it's time for you to take action and respond to our requests.

Rockola really came through and hit it out of the park with the Jack Daniels media center jukebox that I ordered. Truly a beautiful piece of art. Internal wiring is clean and well organized. Ease of use and incredible sound. Can’t say enough good things about it. My only knock is the amount of time it took to build, but considering alot of it is handmade and the amount of detail that went into it, I have to say it was worth the wait. Great job Rockola!!!

Ordered a jukebox in July 2024, as others have on the thread. Despite paying 75% of the price still no Jukebox. Stated 6 months for delivery but now 10 months later and only vague promises of photographs….from Ollie. In January 2025 I chased an update and promised delivery ‘’just after Easter’’ - well it’s after Easter and still no delivery. Appalling.

Alexander, my order was placed back in July 2024. Nobody answers the phone, although I did speak to you and Cheron once but unfortunately I still wait. My order number is 4100. Can someone give me a call, even to lie to me.

I think it’s great you’re having a Memorial Day sale, wonderful. I’d order another for a second home but at this point I have no idea if I’ll be seeing my first.

Over two years ago, my wife decided to give me a Rock-Ola jukebox as an early retirement gift. Having finally achieved my retirement goal early this year (and finally able to enjoy my jukebox to its fullest) I was crushed when the old-style hard drive that powered it began to malfunction. After reaching out to Alexander at Rock-Ola and explaining the situation, he did not hesitate to make the situation right, even though it was technically out of warranty. After sending the malfunctioning hard drive to Rock-Ola, their tech (Jonathan) transferred all my music files (and there was a TON of music, this thing holds a lot!) to a brand-new solid state hard drive. Alexander told me that I was considered "part of the Rock-Ola family" and boy, did he deliver on that. I normally do NOT give reviews (something which frustrates Google Play to no end), but I felt I had to sing the praises of Rock-Ola. Their digital jukeboxes are not cheap (by any definition), but if you want a great listening experience and great customer service, it is money well spent! Thank you Alexander, Jonathan, & "The Rock-Ola Family"!

DO NOT order anything from these folks. A scam. Took my $800.00 for parts months ago. Now only silence. I challenge anyone to get them to answer the phone.

Same sad story as many others posted here. Ordered and paid for my jukebox 3+ years ago. At first they would respond with promises of progress but as time has gone by they no longer return emails at all and still no word on a delivery date or refund. Next step will be to contact BBB and Attorney. A sad end to a classic American brand.

I ordered mine in November and received it April 1st. I was a bit nervous paying all that money up front and it taking so long but just know that it will take several months. Probably 6 months to receive it but when you do, it is so worth the wait. It is spectacular! I spoke with the owner via email multiple times, and he was polite and kind and assured me things were going well and as expected. I was a pain in the butt but I am telling you that you do not need to be like me. Trust the process and be patient. This is a big purchase and well worth the wait.

Our new Rock-Ola stereo 45 jukebox arrived a few months ago and we are enjoying all the many 45 RPM records we have, While the unit has a great stereo solid state amp built in I liked that they give you plenty of options in the back of the unit as I like a broad wide stereo surround sound speaker system sound as many of our records are in stereo. We hooked up the unit to our stereo amp and many of these old 1958+ stereo 45 records give off a surround mix of sound not just right and left ch. We like the color lights that this unit gives off. Thanks again Rock-Ola for still making these units that play records.

I went thru a Dealer March 2023 and yes it’s now over 2 years ago. I have lost interest in owning that jukebox now since I’m in my 70/‘s . I’m still waiting and yes they don’t return phone calls and I can’t believe that customer service is like this. The sad thing is my vision is going and the Digital Jukebox will most likely be useless for me. Thank You Rock Ola

The people at Rock Ola in Torrance CA built us a digital bubbler full size jukebox. These people are a delight to work with. Especially Alexander. The jukebox is stunning, sounds heavenly, and is fun to operate with the touch screen. It was delivered on time even tho there was a little hickup along the way. It is a work of art. It got us dancing💃 🕺 again!!! Thank you!!!!

I spoke with Alexander Walter-Smith the CEO of Rock- Ola Jukeboxes regarding information that I needed regarding a JukeBox that I purchased directly from Rock Ola 15 years ago and still performs as it was brand new. He solved my problem in a very professional and friendly manner. Alexander went above and beyond providing me with the information that I needed. Alexander has great customer service skills and produces a wonderful product. I highly recommend any Rock Ola Jukebox for their outstanding quality and reliability. If you want a Jukebox, buy it from ROCK-OLA!

After a 16 month wait, my jukebox was finally delivered. It’s an absolutely beautiful machine. It sounds exactly how a jukebox should sound with a lot of power at the low frequency (play Partition by Beyoncé to demonstrate). Obviously, it can be turned up very loud, but it can also be enjoyed at low volume - that’s important too! Bluetooth is very convenient. Mark helped set everything up over FaceTime which is huge.

I would recommend Rock Ola if you want a new jukebox. But be prepared to wait, and make lots of phone calls asking for updates! Don’t be discouraged if they don’t pick up their phones all the time, they are a small team with a tremendous talent but a huge workload.

We received our HD CD bubbler juke box, approx. 6 weeks ago from Rock-Ola. The quality and sound are exceptional, and it truly is a piece of artwork. There were some delivery timeline issues, but this was resolved once Ollie got involved. Setup instructions were easy to follow, and we quickly had CDs loaded and Bluetooth connections made with our mobile devices. The result is we are extremely happy and looking forward to many hours of fun listening to our favorite music and watching the mechanics and lighting effect of this Beautiful nostalgic juke box.

We purchased an $8000 jukebox in 2020 and unfortunately it never worked right from day one. Although we had difficulties with this machine for four years, I have to commend Alex for making good on his promise to deliver.
What CEO calls you personally and follows through with his technicians to ensure the computer was installed properly? (Thank you, Jonathan). The computer was completely overhauled, shipped to our home and followed up with a phone call to assist in the installation. It’s working great now and we are so thrilled to have quality music again. They even installed 700 CDs until we could get our own music reinstalled. I highly recommend Rockola as it is definitely a quality company that stands by its product and guarantees customer satisfaction.

I had recently purchased a used. rakola digital c8 machine. Unit came with no instruction manual. Try to find information locally and online. After 3.
Weeks with noi results. I finally called rakola rakola. Alexander answered the phone who was driving home and on the freeway. I.
Am 86 years old and I think Alexander realized my frustration. He asked me to hold and to my surprise. He pulled off the freeway and began answering my questions. He solved most of my problems. Right, then in there and said he would call tomor no. The following day he emailed me. The instruction manuals and answered the rest of my questions. If this is the service I can expect from rokola. A truly beautiful well-made machine.
Like some others that have bought recently, I had a few issues at first with slow production, but once Alexander, the owner got involved, everything was extremely well handled. I've spent some time on the phone with Alexander, as we are both business men. I understand what he has gone through, after buying the company, to get everything running up to his standards. I think he has a good hand on it at this time and everything should be handled much better from here on out.
That being said, I still don't regret buying this jukebox over the other brand new Jukebox that was available. I had debated on buying a refurbished used one, but did not want to have to deal with ongoing repairs to keep it running.
As I stated they make an extremely beautiful machine, I think it is well designed and put together. I don't regret for a minute, having to wait a little longer than I wanted, to receive the machine. The wait was worth it, to get the quality of machine that I desired. If I were in the market for another jukebox, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to purchase from Rock-Ola again.
