Vom Unternehmen geschrieben
The last authentic American Jukebox manufacturing company and one of the world’s most iconic Jukebox brands. Rock-Ola famously inspired the term ‘Rock and Roll’, and has been manufacturing games and Jukeboxes since 1927, starting out in Chicago and later moving to California’s West Coast, seen by many as the jukebox’s spiritual home.

9 Months And No Jukebox And Now No Communications.
Ordered a jukebox (J-70389-A) CD8E Oak 115V On 03/18/2022, STILL Haven't Received The Jukebox Now 9 Months Later, They Will Not Return A Call Or Emails Now, Please, Save Your Sanity And Frustrations...
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROCK-OLA MANUFACTING.... They Were Extremely Nice And Very Pleasant Up Front,,,,But As The Months Wore On, Here I Am, Out My $4497.50 Deposit,.. And They Will Not Respond To A Call Or Email..Very Sad For A For A Long Standing Company With A Good Reputation To Go This Direction.. I Am Hoping That Someone From The Company Monitors These Reviews And Will Make This Right... But Again,. Save Yourself The Headache And Avoid Buying Direct From Them... As Is So Often The Case, "Let The Buyer Beware"

Happy ending to unsure transaction
I ordered a motor for my jukebox. The motor was DOA and I called to let them know. They promptly shipped a new one out with a return label to send the non-working one back. It would have been nice to see some tracking info on the replacement as I was unsure as to if it was even sent out but it finally arrived and I was glad.
Packing was top notch.
