Untrustworthy
Purchasing a cargo trailer the seller says we can give you a temp plate to make the move. This company tried to force me to register in the state I was moving out of(moving in 5 days) as opposed to the state I was moving to. She then proceeded to lie to me about it and put blame on the seller. Buying from the seller without funding at this point... I would/will never use this company. Entering into a contract with a company that’s willing to straight up lie to you to get your business …..huge NO for me.
As to the reply from Rock Solid…honestly there is NO excuse for a company like to LIE straight to a customer.

Need to improve communications
Getting open COMMUNICATIONS from this company would be greatly appreciated. Trying to get answers to questions, was like pulling teeth. Need to be more transparent with the contract, in regards to terms, fees, etc..... They don't divulge that info, until you are finalizing the loan. Yes, you can shut the whole program off, but then you are still stuck with a hard pull on your credit, lessening your chances of getting a loan elsewhere. Bottom Line - "Approach this company with caution".
