One of my magazines arrived slightly…

One of my magazines arrived slightly damaged and I was offered a replacement without any issue and received the tracking number shortly after. I'm still waiting on the replacement and I'm hoping it won't be damaged. The customer service was really great 👍🏼

Heard Rock Sound had undergone a…

Heard Rock Sound had undergone a restructuring. Their review record was terrible. I was keen to get an upcoming issue so thought I would risk it. Zero complaints. Great coms. Issue arrived on day of publication and really well packaged. The quality of the construction of the magazine itself is exceptional. more like a book. No problem in recommending Rock Sound.

No Order Received and No Communication

I ordered a vinyl record over 2 weeks ago. I was advised at the time that the album would be delivered within 48 hours. I have not received my order and I have not had a reply from several emails chasing. I would avoid as it appears they are scamming people out of their hard earned money. Do better!

Interesting vinyl selection, good support, fast shipping

Interesting vinyl selection, good and quick international shipping! Had to make use of their support for a little lapse and it was handled very professional and fast. Can recommend, would order again any time! :)

Fantastic communication

I contacted Rock sound regarding a certain copy that was sold out, they replied really quickly suggesting I keep looking in case one came available, and to my delight there was one available! First time shopping with this website and I will be back! Thanks team

Utterly useless

I wouldn't say this site is a scam, but perhaps it's just sheer incompetence? I ordered a Vinyl nearly 2 weeks ago, I've contacted them 3 times so far and all I've had is "we'll contact our warehouse" and "we're still chasing our warehouse" now I can only imagine their warehouse has grown legs and ran off.

Today out of the blue I received a refund, so I don't think I'll bother ordering from them again, oh and the item is still listed on their site for some other poor sod to have their time wasted.

Their site gives the look of a professional outlet but clearly looks can be deceiving.

Pre order

Pre ordered a vinyl with them. Release day came and not a peep from them. Sent emails and messages to try and get an update but they’ve gone completely radio silent.

This was the text i got from XFER Records: I'm sorry but that was not a legal purchase of Serum – it is not an authorized Serum reseller, but a piracy website. You should request a refund, or dispute the purchase with your bank. Purchase directly from xferrecords.com for a legal copy. Updates and support are free for life and included with the purchase.

SCAM DON BUY FROM ROCKSOUND

I bought a couple of bundles in their rocksound shop. And they didn’t send one of the bundles. Unresponsive on customer service emails, had to open PayPal case which later closed on their behalf because they added tracking number that I did receive it. The items received were damaged. So rocksound basically scammed me. I can’t do anything apart from keep spamming their emails.
