Awful customer service!
I ordered the Rocktaperx as I have VERY sensitive skin. Received standard Rocktape. Contacted customer service with photo of received item and they insisted it’s the correct tape - even though the RX tape has gentler adhesive and less allergens and the packaging and description are completely different.

I attempted to return the incorrect tape to the address on the website under “returns” instructions, only to have the parcel “returned to sender” as they are apparently “no longer at this address”.

So now I’m stuck with a £15 product that I can’t use, plus the £6 p&p and the £4 I paid to return it! £25 lost for something I can’t use. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Attended Face to Face courses - 2 Days 'Rockblades' and 'Dry Cupping & FMT Rockpods (Dual Award)', with Daniel Lawrence at The University of Bath 9th & 10th November 2023. 10/10 - Very informative. Covering detailed effects (researched evidence) and uses on the body & lots of practical with theory throughout; a great balance for learning. very excited to start using my new tools. Defiantly recommend if you are considering.

Really enjoyed the two day course on 11 & 12 September at the London School of Osteopathy. The teaching was clear and easy to follow. I learned a great deal. That was apart from meeting some amazing people.

Had a fabulous two days of training with the Rocktape team. The course was delivered with clarity and detail. Loved the practical sessions. Learned new techniques and got great feedback from my own clients.

Bought the H2O rocktape. Came off whilst in water..
Emailed customer service to zero reply.
Wont be using again.

Having used Rocktape products for a number of years, I find that their ever growing brand and new product acquisitions are of great quality with reassurance that it is a trusted and reliable brand.

Customer service is very helpful, and the brand does offer great discounts on certain products/courses if you keep an eye on their social media.

As of yet, I have not had any issues on any of their products i.e. massage gun/mobility stick/kinesiology tape
