Easy to use ordering system, always someone there to help if needed. Have used several times now and will do again.

This was an order for a security shutter, a product I have struggled to find on sale elsewhere. This was delivered at the time scheduled, is of good quality and fits the 3m wide aperture very well with a smooth operation when raised or lowered.

Easy to order and arrived on time. Installation videos were very useful preparation. Removal of existing door and basic installation of the new roller door took a whole day. It is relatively easy to do but 2 people are required at certain, critical times. Electrics are straightforward. External manual override, sealing wall/rail gaps and fitting upvc cladding took another day.
Overall, very pleased with the Rollerdoors.net experience. Many compliments from neighbours too!

Great end to end experience, as i work nearby I went into the factory to see the product and production prior to purchase, all the staff where brilliant and very knowledgable about the ranges of door available, I fitted the door myself with the help of the fitting guide and video which are both easy to follow, I would recommend anyone giving this company a go well worth it excellent quality and I can’t stop using the garage door instead of the front door and I don’t think that novelty will wear off. Ordered door and the expected delivery date was around 2 weeks we took delivery within 5 days.

The mini-roll garage door was very good value. The office were very helpful when I rang with queries, and the videos helped make the installation simple - just a few hours for a keen DIYer!

A great replacement door for our garage. Relatively easy to fit, however there was some trial and error as none of the online instructions related to exact door we had. However once it was in, it works fabulously - and looks great.

WARNING avoid at all costs. Delivered a door damaged in 8 places. After a lot of back and forth and threatened legal action they sent a couple of ‘fitters’ out to repair. They managed to fix a few areas of damage but also created a number of new areas. I’m left with a very unhappy customer. Requested a refund which was refused. Also refusing to repair the additional damage. Terrible cowboy company. Trying to deal with Jay (who claims to be the entire quality control department) and Lewis is like talking to a brick wall. I have tonnes of evidence. They tried to blame me for creating all the different types of damage including scratches dents and finger marks in the paint. So I'm guessing they will reply to this review saying more rubbish to that effect. Also they’ve illegally withheld my warranty. I’m in the process of filing a claim to enforce my refund.

From our initial contact with Jay and his team they were courteous extremely helpful and professional. The resulting job was top quality. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Door was exactly as described, good quality, well finished and a doddle to install. I installed it in about 2 hours, only needing an extra pair of hands to offer it up and get the first fixings in.

The process of ordering the doors was fairly simple on the website and I emailed with queries about things I wasn't sure about and got a quick response. The roller door arrived quicker than was expected. we elected to install it ourselves, i have quite a bit of DIY experience and found it reasonably easy to install, however for getting the curtain up onto the mechanism you need 2 or 3 people as it's quite heavy and awkward. i did have a query trying to fit the external emergency access which was again answered quickly. All in all a very good experience from start to finish. very pleased with how it looks and operates.

Easy to install using the you tube video as guidance for a DIY person like my self. Just lacked a small bit of trouble shooting that was rectified by a very helpful person from the company via a quick telephone call.

Delivered to scottish highlands, easy to install, fully operational within 2 hours, quality finish looks really good.

The door arrived on time with a good delivery company who placed it were asked to. Installation was very easy due to the online video. The client was very pleased with the door and its looks and functions as it should. Overall the door was very well built packaged with a fast turnaround. We did have to contact the supplier on one item but the call was answered straight away and the technician guided me through the process easily. It’s good when you get to talk to someone other than AI. Well done

Great product, cost are the cheapest on the market, quick turnaround, can’t complain about anything. The fitting guide on the website helped if you get stuck.

Made to measurements which i wanted, delivery was relatively quick for a made to measurements which was good.

We installed it ourselves using the instructions leaflet it came with and the installation videos on their website, it took us maybe around 2/3 hours to have it all fully working.

Would recommend this garage company to anyone who are wanting to do it themselves
