Please dont waste your hard earned $ . When you request a refund cause you received wrong item they tell you we will give you 15$ back out of 54 $ because it cost way to much to send you the right item WHAT GOOD SCAMMERS

They are scammer I ordered 9 items. After 3 weeks got only 3 were ttotally different fabric & designs. Pictures on their website not like the items that they are selling. Really bad customer services save your money

These people are hopeless I have orded something ages ago and have not received my item I have tried to contact them by email and messenger several times with no reply absolutely discasting

Dress and top received wrong size. Returned 27/4/21, Signed for on 29/4 by “Lodge”. Chased on 13/5.
No acknowledgement or refund.
Avoid this trader.

Clothes received were not well made, arm holes too big etc. Told Ronath that I wanted to return the clothes, after several back and forth emails their bottom line is that they would refund the cost for approx. half the cost of the clothes and that I would have to pay for the clothes to be shipped to Dubai UAE

If I could give no stars I would, they removed my review as it wasn’t good within an hour. I bought 2 dresses costing £70 looked great on the photos but were absolutely awful. Same send photo to us, no refund, but discount offered if I wanted to order more!!
I gave both dresses to a local charity shop and unsubscribed with Ronath. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I would give this company a Minus 5 stars - the return policy is to "contact us within 30 days of received shipment for a return authorization number". They refused to give a RA - I contacted them as soon as I opened the package after waiting a month to receive and only received 3 of 4 items ordered. The date received was May 10, 2021 we are still back and forth on how to obtain the RA from the company July 4th, 2021 that they refuse to send - AKA RONATH AND DOWELL - They want me to pay for the shipment back to DUBAI at my expense in order to "maybe" receive a refund. Highly doubt they would refund anything. Stated they credited my account for the one item that was "out of stock", which I have not received any such credit. Do not order from this company - material is junk, misrepresented in the photos. They offered to refund $40 of my $126 order or I could return the garbage at my expense to DUBAI - "be certain to send us the tracking information". Right, so I can give you back your junk and pay to ship it to you and never receive a refund? No thanks! Stay away from this company - I wish I had taken the time to research this company more before ordering. My credit card company is awesome and working with me. They also wanted photos of the shipped items for future customers so they could make improvements. You can't improve on the $5 worth of material you shipped and if you couldn't see it was junk when you shipped it, the pictures aren't going to help you. Never again!

Worst experience ever...you get what you pay for. Cheap quality and worst customer care ever. I contacted them several times for an RA number to return merchandise. Asked for pictures of what I was returning. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. This is their scam so not allow returns. BEWARE

I saw an ad on Instagram and the dress was so cute i went to the website and ordered a total if 4 dresses. I followed their size chart and nothing fit right, I emailed them to get the return address and they refused to give me the address to send them back , tried a dispute with my credit card but that went nowhere threw out 4 pieces of garbage . Cheap material that does not match the description online and HORRIBLE customer service. They guarantee 100% satisfaction but I was 0% satisfied. Do not order from this scam artist website

I’ve been scammed for $189 worth of clothes. I returned them and no response. I have contacted them many times and th y don’t reply. Shame on you!

Ordered 3 dresses months ago, never got them. I have contacted them 6 times regarding this order. 4 of my contacts were requesting refund. I have gotten no response, no refund. Don’t buy from them!!👎👎👎👎

Clothing was not acceptable. I will not wear anything I received. I have not received return labels. I will probably just keep the items and hope to recoup some of my money in a yard sale. I will only buy USA products in the future.

Never Do Business with this Company!! I ordered 2 Dresses from this Company. They come about a month later. It was too late My event was over. They dresses were horrible they did not fit and not as pictured very poor quality. I sent them a Email asking for a label to return the said dresses.
I have been going back and forth with this company. They will not send a return label. They keep haggling with me to take less money then paid and keep the ill fitting dresses.
So back to me original statement DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them they are a big SCAM!!

Poor Material and slow delivery. Got my order today after nearly 2 months wait. Such a disappointment. Poor fit and awful material. If it took so long to deliver how long will it take to return?

Poor quality fabric, design and construction poor. Return policy doesn’t state that you need to send garments to Dubai! They offer pennies on the dollar and tell you to keep it. I only wish I read these other reviews before ordering.

I love the dresses that I received. They were well made and the fabric was high quality. I only gave it three starts because it took a very long time to get them. For instance I placed an order on 5/26 and it is 6/15 and the order still says that it is being prepared. There is no indication that it has been shipped yet. I took over a month to get the first order.

The goods are not what they seem or are as advertised. The material is flimsy and the clothes do not fit. When I tried to return, I was offered a discount, many times. I have been offered $9 US up to $32 US. I insisted I wanted to return the goods. I was told they do not pay freight as it was too expensive. I was given an address in Dubai. When I escalated my case to Paypal. Dress Fashion/Ronath said they sent me a refund but it didn't go through. If I closed my case they would refund me. I didn't. Now Paypal tells me to return the goods to China and get a tracking number and I will be refunded. This company has no intention of refunding anyone their money for returned goods. Who is going to pay for shipment to China? The postmark on the package I received was from Mississauga, Ontario Canada. This is a disgusting way to do business. I am very disappointed and I feel robbed.

Dresses are NOT cotton or cotton blend. Very cheap. They have a no return policy and don't respond to emails. Stay away from Ronath.

Do not buy from this company. I loved the clothes but I ordered 175.00 USD from them and nothing fit. I tried to return them and get a refund and they would not take clothes back (warehouse) in Dubai). First they offered $17. Then $36. The $48. $62. USD. Offered ce very thing but the amount they owed me. It is a scam

Like many others, we got scammed! Send a picture, why? I couldn’t even get into the items I bought. Offered me $23, I said no. I had put on PayPal and am sorry for that, will see if any resolution. I am usually smarter than this. Yes, Halloween material is better, sizes way off. We all got taken, makes us wiser!
