She understood the position quickly, sorted out what we need and organised a speedy delivery. When we needed something extra this was quickly organised. First class service.

Not often I write a review but genuinely a good experience. I bought cancelled order sheeting, knowing it might be a random selection of colours, but at a very significant price reduction. Not only did they actually end up delivering sheeting of all the same colour, but they quoted 2 weeks delivery and it came in 2 days so I can say nothing but very good things about this company.

Great website that's easy to navigate, where I found the exact product I was looking for. I rang up and ordered because I had a specific question about the 32/1000 box profile roofing sheets I intended to use on the side of a summer house. All the staff I spoke to were extremely helpful, friendly and professional and I was able to order with no problems. The products were delivered on time and I got a call prior to the delivery confirming the time and date. The price was highly competitive and delivery was considerably cheaper than other suppliers of the product I needed.
I would highly recommend and won't hesitate using Rhino in future.

We recently purchased galvanised steel roofing from Rhino Roofing ( a recommendation from our neighbour who also fitted it and was very pleased.
Shout out for Gayle Robinson who was more than helpful in the office, nothing too much trouble and kindly checked our calculations for materials needed.
Prompt delivery by Paul who was also most obliging helping to carry the roofing materials round the house to where they were needed, thank you Paul .
We had two types of roofing,for two sheds one in green ( very cool looking ) and the other in semi opaque to allow the light in.
This all with fixings capping and trims as required.

I placed an order recently and received my order in good time, however I purchased the foam fillers for behind the sheets and they was sent wrong, after a couple of calls and a few emails I'm still no closer to getting it rectified it's like I'm brushed aside, after a
I sent my 3rd email last week, highlighting how unprofessional I've found the customer services I got a prompt call black promising me a refund on the fillers as I had to repurchase something suitable locally so I could complete the job on time, good job I didn't wait for them to ship them as they promised in the first response as I'm still waiting 4 weeks later, anyways I was promised a refund within the week.. 100% it will be done before the end of the week was the words I was told.. today is Tues the following week.. I received the goods but am a little disappointed in the after sales.. if this has been something else that couldnt be got over by buying something locally then you would most definitely be stuck, would I purchase from rhino again... Prob not. Too . Many promises with little to no follow on..

From ordering to delivery, a very good service. Matt was very helpful price matching, manufacturing made my custom flashing with no problems and the delivery driver was very friendly and helpful helping put the sheets at the top of my drive.
