SCAM! The books were advertised as hard copies but is only downloadable content, and they will sign you up to a membership which you then have to pay to read them. Do not buy from them!

Wish I’d seen the review’s prior to buying. Guys this is a scam. You will not receive the product and they will not respond to emails. Don’t be clowns like the rest of us, keep your money. They will not give a $hit 👍🏻.

$90 worth of plants never received. Never received email reply. Wasn’t refunded.

First time ordering with Rooted and all 3 plants showed up dead. The Parsley and Oregano were dying and the Basil showed up completely dead.

I've tried all the online plant businesses (bloomscape, the sill, dahing plants, etc.) I used to order from Rooted all the time as their prices are generally lower and discovered them during COVID. I also love supporting small businesses. Nothing went wrong so I never had to interact with their customer service until this order. My plants arrived with clear fungus gnat infection and it led to all my other houseplants suffering the same issue. After going back and forth with them several times they still refused to refund me, blaming the issue on me. Order with caution.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever done business with and I fully regret giving them and of my money. Ordered two large plants for $200. They arrived in a horrible state. Was told I cannot be refunded simply because I didn’t purchase $5 winter packaging that I didn’t know existed?? What a scam. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything from this scam of a company.

Holy moly, I had never ordered live plants via mail before so was a bit nervous.
Rooted made it super easy, the pants were well packaged without a but of dirt loose on the box. The plants are beautiful and healthy and even had some babies attached.
Incredible happy with this company !

Great Platform to buy and sell you Brand

Rooted made great progress since it started in its UI , logos and visitor stats etc. But somewhat lacked in the all important sales conversion, in my opinion.
I still hope that it will do better in this respect in near future and I will again confidently put more and more of my domains with rooted in the upcoming days.

Rooted has very good domains and they make nice logos, so i like buying and selling domain name there.
