Ordered side table on 24 January with delivery due by 30th. Still not despatched on 4th February despite being told 3 times it was being sent the next day. Just need truthful information.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. ordered an Omari side table , promised in 1 weeks time, sure enough arrived on the actual day and time.
The quality and packaging were all 1st class. I cannot praise this company high enough. In the current climate you are likely to never receive the item - let alone the item be on the correct day and even at the right time. well done Rose and Walker.

Great products and service. I couldn’t find exactly what I needed anywhere so decided to explore the bespoke option. The tables have now been delivered (Aria design, bespoke sizes) and they are absolutely perfect in the room, I’m so pleased with them. The quote and ordering process was straightforward and the prices were good considering the quality of the tables and the fact they are bespoke size. Would recommend!

From initial contact to delivery today Rose and Walker have been outstanding. They sent several quotes on request (for custom sizes) and a sample of the material. The coffee table (made to our specific sizes) and side table are just stunning. Excellent quality and such stylish design. So so happy with our purchases. Originally ordered these side tables through their store on Etsy, but there were a few communication issues with messages not going through. Lewis contacted me directly & I ended up ordering direct through their website. Great communication. Absolutely love the side tables. Great quality. Fast delivery. Rose and Walker are an excellent, UK, family run business. Luke was really helpful when the console table that I had been considering for a few weeks, had become 'out of stock'. Fortunately, he had one due in the following day which was dispatched straight away. We were so delighted that we have just taken delivery of two side tables.
The items are beautifully constructed to a very high standard and are perfect in our sitting room.

Purchased an ‘Aria’ metal coffee table in gold.
Really beautiful table, expensive, but worth every penny given the quality of the craftsmanship. Wanted a bespoke size and communicated with Lewis who was friendly, professional and made the transaction easy and with confidence. Delivery was as requested and the table was packaged very well. Will return to RW in future for my furniture needs.
