Poor quality
Poor quality. Roses arrived falling apart. I asked for a refund and they wanted to return 1/2. They fought the refund every step of the way. ZERO STARS. I never left a review when it happened so leaving it now. Apparently, I'm not the only one. Companies like this shouldn't stay in business.

Unwanted Subscription
At checkout, the Rose Forever NY did sneak in a subscription that wasn't obvious to me. After three months of my purchase, my wife asked me about a $29 charge that was recurring on my credit card. I had no clue until I went back to their website and read the small print. Yes, I do take some blame, but a responsible and reputable business should not do business this way. I'll not buy anything from them again, and you shouldn't either.

Not on time as advertised. Paid more for Mother’s Day shipping and it arrived two days late. Not even close. It also did not contain the card that was supposed to be included. I would try another company as I have had better luck with those

My husband purchased Roses for Xmas
My husband purchased Roses for Xmas . We are first learning the system signed us up for a 29.99 monthly membership completely with out our knowledge . Four months later 120.00 dollars later we see these charges on our credit card . Customer service is a scam , the website definitely tricks you and they will not refund our money . The roses are in a cheap white card board box . Absolutely not worth 250.00 dollars . DO NOT BUY !! Fighting these charges with our bank

I ordered in advance for valentine's…
I ordered in advance for valentine's day as part of there promotion to recieve them on valentine's day. They showed up 4 days late. Obviously not happy I reached out the day after valentine's day to cancel my order I hadn't recieved. They refuse to refund and have a different excuse and explanation on every email. Even worse then them no being delivered on time was what I recieved once they were delivered. So embarrassing! They look so cheap and have some sort of chemical perfume smell that can't be tolerated. DO NOT order from this company!

Their service is a difficult to cancel subscription scam
The packaging was cheap looking. Their subscription service is a scam. They make it very difficult to cancel. Magically, if you want to order, you can, but to do anything else, you have to login . They do not send new Forgot Password link as they say so logging into an account becomes impossible. They have nobody return phone calls or e-mails.

The product is nice, but they keep charging for fees that I have no clue about. They charged me $29, and another for $3 with no explanation or even a receipt of the charges. This is fraudulent practice.
