The rose arrived promptly on the day I had booked and carrier put it in the right place. Plus it was well packaged up so arrived safely.

The Rose is healthy and friend loved it but some of the shoots were quite thin and small I thought.

I bought a selection of roses last autumn, mostly for gifting purposes. I bought the Heaven Scent collection for myself and they've all failed, which is a huge disappointment and a worry as I fear the gifted roses may have also failed. Contacted the company, which was none to fast to respond. Initial response was a replacement collection at the end of the year!! I rejected that suggestion and they have said that they will refund me...let's wait and see if that happens. Overall, a disappointing and cold experience.

The rose arrived well packaged and potted appropriately and within delivery time allocated. Looks extremely healthy and nicely bushed. Looking forward to seeing and smelling the anticipated blooms. Also content with the price paid, which is commensurate with others seen. However, this was a rose we were particularly interested in because of the name ‘Todd’s Rose’. Happily it had the most delicious description so it was an easy choice. Easy website to navigate and ordering very easy. Well done.

Bareroot roses received are dead, soaked and potted up but no growth at all. Contacted customer services who have told me I can’t have a refund as more than 30 days and no replacement available. Customer service said they would look into it and call me back but surprise surprise no callback!! I specifically ordered Charnos Beauty after seeing it at Rosemoor, very disappointed, looking at reviews seems others have had similar issues with bare roots

My order arrived promptly and well packaged. I planted the 3 bare root roses appropriately and I have a lot of experience with roses and the new ones I received look absolutely dead. All my other roses in the garden are flourishing now (April) but the roses I received look like dead wood. Very disappointed. I have not ordered from this company previously and I won’t be ordering again.

Spent time deciding what to buy a friend for their 50th Birthday i went with a rose from harkness and paid for a specific delivery date to arrive on her birthday. It disappointingly arrived a week later. I spoke to Harkness a few times and their customer service is awful, they just didn’t care, they eventually agreed to refund the delivery costs, two weeks later and I am still waiting for it. All communication were on my part any promises of them calling back to resolve query never happened. Product when it did arrive was okay.

We wanted a specific rose for family members who were celebrating 50th anniversary and Harkness was able to supply and deliver on there special day. They were delighted and it arrived on time.
