Great service experience
I was kept well informed of the date and time of my delivery. The driver called me when they arrived. The 2 men who came were very polite and friendly and delivered the item to where I requested. No complaints from this customer.

transport the bed sofa to our room...unpacked...checked over. ....bed mechanism demonsrated...packaging removed.

Wonderful sofa delivery
Two lovely young men delivered my sofa today. One was called Elvis and the other was Kem, I think?
They were both very polite. Very courteous. And very considerate. Took the time to measure everything to ensure that there wouldn’t be any issues carrying the sofa up the stairs. They also assembled everything for me and then let me check over the sofa before I signed for delivery. Nothing felt rushed or like it was too much trouble. Wonderful furniture delivery experience, and they aren’t all like that, believe me!
Would highly recommend and would be pleased to deal with them again.

Excellent delivery
Texted the day before re delivery between 1.00 and 4.00, then rang half a hour before arrival, very good communication. Friendly delivery men, unpacked my sofa bed and were very careful not to touch any walls or doors. Very happy with my sofa bed!!

All good! Excellent communication for delivery.
We had an email the evening before and a text to let us know the delivery would arrive between 1-4pm the next day as planned, then at around 2pm I was updated by phone that it is likely to be between 4-5pm as traffic is heavy (which it is near us) and they delivered as stated and all went well. They kindly brought the chest of drawers into the room I wanted and were very polite and respectful.

Great Service
I thought Kimpton and Elvis were friendly, professional and took real care with my new sofa bed, unpacking and demonstrating how to use it. They showed respect for myself and my property, and had contacted me twice whilst en route with an ETA. I am very happy with the service and communication I received from this Company.

Great service and delivery
Great service...called me 10mins before arriving. Very friendly and took care bringing it into our house and setting sofa bed up. Gave me a run through of how to operate the bed. Took all the packaging away. Could not be faulted.

Unhelpful Drivers
Despite sending the three little words location, the driver still went to the wrong address. My neighbour pointed them in the right direction. The driver and his mate wanted me to sign the delivery paperwork before they had offloaded the delivery but they didn't appear to own a pen. They were delivering a gazebo in two heavy boxes. They offloaded them into the middle of my driveway. I requested they put them into my garage which was about 8 feet away. They said they couldn't because the boxes were too heavy to move. I pointed out they had just lifted them off the van and seemed to manage that ok. The driver then suggested I break open the boxes and move the contents inside piece by piece. I pointed out that wasn't really practical. Finally they said they would move them out of the goodness of their hearts but were not supposed to. I then signed the paperwork after finding a pen and off they drove. I have recieved large deliveries before and never had a problem with drivers putting items in my garage. The first thing they usually say is"where do you want me to put the delivery" Not in this case. Never recieved a delivery like this before. I do hope the gazebo is better quality than the delivery driver and his mate.

Despite you providing clear location details, it’s concerning that the driver initially went to the wrong address and required assistance from your neighbour. Additionally, the situation you described regarding being asked to sign for the delivery before the items were offloaded, along with the lack of a pen, is not the standard we expect from our delivery drivers.

In relation to placing the items in your garage, we would like to clarify that our service is a kerbside delivery service. This means deliveries are made to the nearest accessible point at the delivery address, and drivers are not required to move items beyond this point. This service level would have been communicated to the seller at the time of booking.
That said, we appreciate how this may have been frustrating, particularly given your previous experiences, and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Please be assured that your feedback will be taken seriously and passed on to the relevant team so that this can be addressed and improvements made.
We do hope that the quality of the gazebo itself meets your expectations and helps to restore your confidence in us.

Regular delivery updates and efficient service
I was regularly updated about dates and times of delivery. It was challenging to install the sofa bed in my (flat) bedroom but the delivery men persevered and managed to get it in without any damage, although it took about 40 minutes!
