We have dealt with Rowan for over 12 months now. The team there are brilliantly efficient at ensuring all repairs and maintenance is dealt with quickly, and to the highest standard. As a contractor we find that communication is paramount and Rowan (especially Stuart ) are so easy to deal with. We look forward to continuing our relationship with them

Rowan have a pro active approach to most of the Buildings activities, they also took leading hand in guiding us in regards to other non Building Management tasks, for which awe are thankful. Compared to other Block management companies, they are a stand out

Rowan continue to expertly manage the Gleneagles Apartment Blocks often anticipating any potential issues and always providing effective solutions for them. Amy, our manager, is very professional, always willing to help and advise and gives the residents confidence that their homes are being well taken care of.

Rowan has managed our property, taking good care of our assets, for four years. Chris and Ed provide very good communication and prompt professional service in a friendly, approachable way. We have benefited from their proactive approach which has ensured that we are getting good value for money. We have found Blocks Online, the electronic referral and document repository system, very useful. Recently, we had the external rendered walls cleaned and repainted. We are absolutely delighted with the results and grateful to Ed for managlng the project with such skill and professionalism. Thanks go to Butterworths, for the cleaning, and to Darren the Decorator' (Darren Lunney) for their expertise.

We discovered Rowan several years ago and have found them the be proactive and professional in every way. Initially Chris was our point of contact then as the company has expanded, Tom has taken over as our property manager. He has been diligent and efficient in dealing with the various issues, some of which have required great patience and diplomacy.

I dealt with Amy regarding a maintenance issue (roof leak). She has worked efficiently and tirelessly to rectify the issue, obtaining multiple quotes and communicating back to the directors with the best and most cost effective options all within the agreed timeframes.

Rowan recently took control of our block of apartments. The communication is great and work requested is completed quickly. 10/10

We are very grateful to have found Chris Brook from Rowan. Our block management company of 12 units in the centre of the Lake District National Park had been left in the lurch by a previous agent who had merged with a national conglomerate and was in danger of losing its ‘personal touch’. Chris Brook has stepped in at our most busy time of year, when we have the additional pressure of a huge project to organise. He has listened to what we want to achieve and understood well our accounting and building maintenance requirements and acted without delay to speak to contractors, create a budget and make himself available to our owners.

We are tenants who are managed by Rowan Management, who are a family run firm. We've been tenants around 12 months and they are incredibly helpful, honest and just generally good people (which isn't something people often say about Landlords and property management companies!)

So many times they've helped us with stuff that isn't even their responsibility, whether it's weekend or 10pm at night. If they say they're going to sort something out, they always do.
