ROXFORM E-BIKE MAGIC but no child seat as promised
I purchased my ROXFORM e-bike from a local dealer and knew I wanted it straight away! Unfortunately, I did run into a few issues with the bike a bit further down the line and decided to contact the team at ROXFORM about my concerns. I had a response almost instantly and to my surprise thinking I’d need to jump through a few hoops to get anything done about it, as one usually needs to do with other companies when issues arise, but I was told the team would assist and actually travel all the way to my place to collect the bike and take it back to the mechanic for a full repair and safety check. A week later the bike was returned to me with all issues resolved. I was even offered a child seat FOC as the one I had didn’t fit properly. I’ve yet to receive this but will update when I do. Thanks to the team for sorting my issues promptly and for going above and beyond with such a personal approach.
Update 30/12/2025 - child seat never received as promised so one star down for this reason.

Solid bike solid purchase
I purchased my Roxform bike because l needed a foldable bike but wanted one that was sturdier than most of the folding bikes l have tried. I was not disappointed, this bike is planted on the road, it is very solid and when on holiday it easily folds into my car. This allows me to visit places difficult or not car friendly.
The breaking it fantastic and the mid drive motor built into the pedal box provides a smooth power uptake, especially at junctions when you need a quick takeoff.

A perfect solution for life in Brighton!
I’ve been using the Roxform Porto L for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. I live in Brighton, where parking is both incredibly expensive and hard to find. This bike has completely changed how I get around — I no longer need a car for my daily errands.
The motor is powerful and handles hills with ease. The cargo capacity is great too — I can do a full grocery shop without any trouble.
It looks stylish and rides beautifully.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a practical, affordable and eco-friendly way to get around the city.
