I’ve always found the RLI staff to be exceptionally helpful and considerate. And my experience today was as exceptional as each experience so far. They’re quick to answer after a brief bot/filter ( option 1 for this department, option 2 for that department, etc…) and they’re genuinely considerate and supportive of whatever you’re trying to do. I was given multiple acceptable options and was able to cherry pick the support I received. Much appreciated as always.

Micheal was extremely helpful, he gave me great advice. Also the letter sent I only received them on the 8/4/26 as they were delivered to the wrong address. And my policy lapsed even though I still paid for the past two months.
