Searched a number of source for a specific item that Hughes had in stock. The item was delivered in a very timely manner. I would certainly use the again and they will be the first place I check for future needs

The good, the bad and the shipping....

Always great service and well represented company, my dislikes are the moqs, the minimum free shipping has gone up from $99 to $249, and the wait times have seemed to get longer for us. We are a small metal fab shop, and we can't always order a boat load of stuff. Therefore, we don't get our items stocked at local warehouses. In turn, we end up waiting weeks for some of our orders to be fulfilled.

Ryan Kelley has gone far out of his way to help with orders and questions. In my industry we have plenty of options to choose from for our needs but we choose to use RS Hughes because of Ryans customer service.

Great Experience

Poor communication

Ordered some lead test swabs. No order receipt or confirmation given, except for a very generic "we've received your order" email, which contained no details about shipment or even the contents of the order.
More than two months later, I received another email saying that the product is discontinued and my order has been cancelled. I responded requesting a recommendation on a comparable product, but did not receive a response. I understand that supply chains are fickle and unplanned stuff happens, but the 2+ month delay combined with the extremely poor communication made it a very negative experience.
