Fantastic company

I've been buying from RS Hughes for nearly 40yrs. I've never had a complaint. They have great prices on quality products. Many times they will break up a large case and sell a single item which is very nice, and the only company I know that does this. Shipping is fast and reasonable.

Still have not received product

Still have not received product. Fist bottle I received was out of code and was charged to much for delivery. Delivery charge was fixed but still have not received new product

Why did it take 5 days for the product…

Why did it take 5 days for the product to ship and it came from Detroit which took another 4 days to get to FL. Then the product was not packaged correctly and it was delivered damaged. This was a terrible experience.

Delivery deceit

Website said delivery was 1-2 weeks, then after buying, changed yo 2 months. Bait and switch is NOT cool for me and my business.

I was charged $185 dollars shipping for…

I was charged $185 dollars shipping for $39 dollars of product. I ordered two syringes of solder paste which was under half a pound. You couldn't tell me what the shipping charge was going to be in advance. If I knew that it was that outrageous, I wouldn't have proceeded with the order. Never again!

Order processing

I placed an order at 9:30am and received confirmation of the order and was told I would be contacted when the order was ready for pickup. The following day I called in the afternoon and was told that my order would be pulled and my driver could pick it up within the hour. That meant it took almost 30 hours to get my order. We have been a customer for over 20 years and this is not the way we have been treated in the past. It appears though that this is becoming more of the norm and that is not ok.
