Good service
Ordered a top, but it was way too big. Returned it and it was swiftly dealt with and my refund sorted. Fast delivery of items. Friendly customer service.Swift replies to any questions.
I do find some of the clothing does come up quite large though there are usually 2 sizes to choose from, but some only one.
Purchased a couple of pairs of leggings, also, lovely fit and soft material.
Will be buying more items, in the future 😊

We do add measurements to each product to try and help our buyers with purchases however as we are a onesize clothing brand mainly it can be difficult to say what sizes the clothing does go upto so will take that on board and certainly try better with that. This time round I have had a good experience with Ruby and daisy correct item my fault I ordered 2 in the psst I have received wrong items that I have kept because i thought I would wear them unfortunately they will be going to the charity shop my fault should have returned them

I was very happy with the clothes I bought originally but unfortunately on the 1 st wear the leggings I had purchased split at the seam. They were so comfortable that this is a disappointment.
The 2 dresses I bought were lovely and love the fit of them
