The service and communication leading up to my container being delivered was excellent. I had concerns about the color and received a call to make sure Grey was ok before they loaded it up. Turns out that was one of the colors I preferred! The driver was on time and very curtious and helpful placing the unit exactly where it needed to be. Finally, I am extremely happy my containers condition and even the color. I will recommend rugged container and use them again should I need another.

Container was in the shape I expected, delivered promptly to meet my needs and the driver did an excellent job placing it where I requested.

Definitely not Water and wind tight as advertised. Wood flooring was completely falling apart and outside condition was rough as well. Main issues was the inside with the flooring falling apart and bolts sticking out. Driver that dropped off Container did not make it any better by mentioning he picked up the container from some random lot and just dropped it off to us.

After we replaced the flooring and repainted the the container in and out, it was a bit better

The delivery to my remote little town was key for me. others charge quite a bit more for delivery.

Mary Ann was great when I was first questioning whether or not to buy a one trip. The other office people followed through very well and it was delivered on time

Marianne was wonderful and provided great customer service. Once our order was handed off to the woman who handled shipment customer service was terrible. Weeks turned into months and still no delivery. When I would call to inquire about why it was taking so much longer than stated on the website I received no return call. Had to follow up several times. Not sure when the actual delivery was but this survey is making me choose a date. I do know it was in the summer.

Their truck got stuck in the mud when they delivered my containers and blamed it on me. Forced me to pay their $150 tow wrecker fee and wouldn't reimburse me. They were warned about the soggy conditions 48 hours prior to delivery and still chose to deliver the container despite the warning. Despite them trying to claim it wasn’t their fault, it for sure was. They insisted on delivering that day because they refused to wait for the weather to clear up. This company will rip you off if they get the chance. Beware of this company!

My experience was great. Marianne was the only person that sent me a quote when calling around and she also followed up after a week to see if I had questions.

We purchased 3 containers from Rugged Container. They have a great sales team, very polite, informative and not pushy. The delivery guys were great too, willing to set them where ever we needed. The containers were in excellent condition, absolutely no complaints. We will definitely purchase from them again when we're in the market for more containers.

Rugged containers provided an excellent single trip conex shipping container which I was able to go to the lot to preview and confirm its condition. Cost was great. Delivery was excellent and timely. I ordered another container from onsite shipping company(OSS) SLC & St. George a few years ago that was supposed to be a single use container and it was rusted and dented and in terrible shape and way overpriced.
