Received my Luxury Alpine mats and door liners for my VW 6.1 kombi today and they are outstanding quality, ordered and delivered in less than a week great service.

Im not one to leave reviews but on this occasion I'm going to leave one.

Stay clear of this company.

Absolutely terrible aftersales service, they dont reply to emails (unless you are buying from them then they reply quickly), they dont answer the phone very often, but when they do they tell you they will call you back and then dont call you back.

Very frustrating dealing with them and took weeks to eventually get my refund.

Stay well clear, save yourself all the stress

Absolutely awful,same goes for the customer service. Definitely need a better website as you don't get what you pay for & they saw what I ordered & didn't email me stating I couldn't get what I put on order. As my order receipt said front rubber mats with orange & black trim. Instead waited 15days for a rubbish piece of rubber with no trim. All I can say is False advertising online & waste of money.Avoid

Ordered some standard carpet mats as a full set for my T6 campervan and they are excellent - black with red trim to match the scheme in the van. I'll get good use from these with kids and a mucky dog and would be happy to upgrade with the same company for some of the more luxury materials in the future. Ordering online was easy and delivery time exceeded expectations. Very happy overall.

Found on the internet, attended on a saturday unannounced and left with an order for new carpets for the california.
I saw what i was purchasing and got to see the step mats being made. Thanks
A proper company, a face rather than a email and the product was superior and cheaper than my first attempt on the internet.

Had old mats in my campervan and needed new ones for my T5 camper.I found the site rugsforbugs.co.uk on line and ordered a complete set makes me smile every time I go into the van and so happy I got the Vw emblem on it.The quality of the Mats are excellent and the edge finish makes it.I dealt with Millie and she was great to deal with.I will order again from them in the future.

I know they are cheap and you get what you pay for. But how can a company get something so wrong!

Visited Rugs for Bugs today for a Cab mat and rear bespoke mat for my ABT T6.1 kombi. Nick and Millie were absolutely fantastic. Thought I'd be just getting the van measured up for mats to be made up later and sent on, so was very pleasantly surprised when they made a template and made the mats while I waited. Mats are top quality and fit perfectly, and all this at a very reasonable price. I could not be more happy with the finished product. If you are looking for rugs for your DUB (or any other vehicle for that matter), then look no further - you won't be disappointed. Massive thanks to you both, it was lovely to meet you and I'll definitely be back. Gary.

Ordered a front mat in black luxury alpine carpet with yellow edging for £68 delivered. Really good quality mat for VW T6, fitted perfectly and fast communication from the company. Delivery wasn't the fastest but you expect that when something is made to order.
