I haven't placed an order yet but of all the sites I've been on Rug Studio has by far the best overall selection.

I have ordered multiple area rugs from RugStudio. Everything from outdoor rugs to runners and I have found the selection outstanding. The pictures & description really helped me know exactly what I would be receiving. I have yet to be disappointed with the quality or value.

I have only participated in the online chat for answers to a few questions and to obtain a coupon code. So far so good :)

User interface is top notch compared to other rug websites. Very easy to navigate, filter and sort. Customer service is great too as they have a chat associate available during all business hours. Very impressed with the overall professionalism of Rug Studio.
