Had a fantastic experience at run active today. Went in not really know what I was looking at or for and the guys were incredibly helpful even though they were busy! The owner was friendly and welcoming and definitely knew his stuff. Really recommend!

I needed a pair of spikes last minute and fast. I’d missed the 24h cut off delivery and rang up to ask if would be possible to arrange anything? The team Sorted me out big time and dropped the package out of hours to make sure it got to me in time! They didn’t have to go out of their way for me but they did 10/10 customer care!!

I ordered 3 tops and they phoned to advise that one was only available in a long sleeve. It was taken off the order and refunded without the bother of returning unwanted goods. The other two t-shirts were great quality and good value

Excellent gait service. Arrived a bit early and was seen straight away. After a quick analysis, I got to try 6 pairs of trainers before deciding. Service was professional, friendly and not at all rushed. The young lady that served me was very well informed and certainly knew her stuff. Would highly recommend

I had a great experience at RunActive. I had a Gait Analysis at the Chelmsford store and they were so attentive and helpful, gave me great advice tailored to my specific needs and goals, and they suggested quite a few shoes to try out before deciding on a pair! I have since ran in my NB 860s and they are sooo comfortable and supportive for my feet. Thank you!

I often think the true picture of a company is how they respond to a problem. I ordered a pair of running shoes online, noting they had one pair in stock. Shortly after I received a call to say the pair had been sold in store before my order processed. I then had a call two days later and a member of the team delivered the replacement pair to my door. Excellent customer service, so well done!
