Great product and service

Super happy with these earphones and the service received! The product and sound quality is excellent value for the price, long battery life and they do actually stay in your ears when running :) The team were also really quick to respond and kind to send me some replacement ear bud tips when I stupidly lost the previous ones (they do provide spares with the original purchase too). Really happy to recommend this great product and service.

DO NOT USE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi #runpods thanks for NOT giving me a refund even though I ordered on the 6/9/22 and still haven't received my item. Because it's passed your 14 day refund. Even though you emailed me saying your courier let you down and your happy to using another. where's my money.

Refund & exchange …

I have recently ordered new earphones for exercise, the earphones i ordered were runpod airs and they arrived very quickly.
I realised they were the wrong size so i emailed the team about my problem and they suggested i could switch for the runpod minis which was suitable for smaller ears. If i still wasn’t satisfied with the runpod minis they would give me a full refund.
They sent over the new earphones straight away with no hastle, they were also very polite and helpful.

SCAM - Must read

I originally ordered from Ryme Audio (previous name before re-brand) in Nov 2021. Fast forward May 2022, the Ryme Pro Sports stop working. I tried to contact them but after some investigating on Companies House, Ryme Audio was dissolved in March 2022. Soon after, I find an identical Instagram page with the same products but under a different name...Run Pods. After contacting Run Pods, they offered me a 'goodwill' discount and refuse to offer me a full refund or replacement. In summary, this is a company which sells sub-par products at inflated prices and uses snazzy marketing to entice a purchase. After several months they rebrand and flog out the same products to avoid refund liability. All info can be found on Companies House.

Superb customer service

I bought a set of Runpods for my partner as a gift. Unfortunately the packaging got a bit crushed in transit and when we opened them up the plastic case had become damaged. The earphones were fine so I sent off an email detailing the issue with the broken case. Within an hour there was a new case on its way to me. This was such a pleasant surprise! Excellent customer service, and the product is good too!

Confidence is restored

I recently bought a pair of runpods & waited for the delivery which never came... 9 days later still nothing so I emailed customer service as there are no phone numbers only an email address which I had to wait a few days for a response ( At this point I thought I was truly scammed)

Customer service replied stating my runpods must of got lost at the delivery office & would send out a new pair for me ( I was just delighted I received a reply at this point)

48hrs later my replaced runpods were delivered in excellent condition & awesome quality to wear & listen too... My star rating went from 1 star too 4 stars.
1 star knocked off due to 'Slow communication' though over all a very happy customer

Thankyou once again for the speedy redelivery 👍

This company have been fantastic

This company have been fantastic, had an issue with Evri on delivery but they promptly sent out another pair through Royal Mail which arrived within a couple days, to the Highlands!
Great product and a gift to my husband for his birthday and he loves them.
Secure and great for running

Cheap But Good Quality…

Really Liked These Earphones They Have Hooks On Them So You Can Headbang To Hearts Content - Sound Qualites Good They Are Loud. Blu Tooth With Facebook And Phones Calls Is Ace. Battery Lives Good The Charging Case Isn't The Best Thing. But Good Enough To Do It's Job And is Perfectly Ok. For It's Money. I Mean What is The Point Paying 500 Pound For Some Booooose When They Can Still Become Last Years Model And........... In A Club Or Nightout You Can Lose Them? Lose These. Just Buy Another Pair Cheaply Also FAST Delivery Too,,,,,,,

Avoid at all costs

Awful - avoid at all costs.

Website looks snazzy and legit but you fight for your goods.

My order was waiting nearly 2 weeks for despatch. I tried contacting the quite frankly useless customer support with no joy. magically as soon as I got PayPal involved for dispute my item was shipped and arrived.

Don't waste your time with this scam shop elsewhere

EDIT - runpods have now been in touch offering a free pair to change this review. Sadly the whole experience means I have no trust left in the brand and will not be accepting or amending positively.

Never received my purchase!

Edit: My RunPods eventually arrived a few days after writing this review. The setup was easy and the sound quality is good. As an apology for the stress of the original order, RunPods sent me a second pair for free. These arrived within a few days of dispatch and are as good as the first pair.
Hopefully the company have sorted themselves out and are now on top of their dispatches and responses to their customers, because their product is actually pretty good!

Original post: I ordered some earphones over 2 weeks ago, they say it only takes 4-7 working days to arrive but I haven’t even had a dispatch notification. I have tried contacting them several times using their “customer support” email address to try and find out where my items are but I’ve had no response. The website looks legitimate but when I went to find them elsewhere on the internet it’s like they don’t exist!? I feel cheated and stupid for buying from a company without fully looking into them first! :-(
