I would give it zero stars if I could, and I would report it to the police if there were anything they could do.

There is constant baiting and trapping, with what appear to be purposeful mistakes designed to lure you into buying more credits.

There was no sound in the player, so it asked me to use more credits. Yet I could easily download the exact same video from the chat, and it had sound. It felt like I was being deliberately misled.

Every time I asked why this was happening, another 50 credits were deducted.

One of the biggest scams I’ve come across. Be very careful with sites like this and with AI services that operate this way.

Credit trap. You pay credits, their AI makes basic mistakes, so you end up paying even more. And so on. It looks good in the beginning and gets worse the more you pay. Crazy.

If you have LEGIT a.i. skills, then WHY NOT JUST OFFER A LEGITIMATE F'ING PRODUCT with a monthly subscription like the HUNDREDS nay THOUSANDS of LEGIT A.I. Products out there?

0 stars. I just wanted to change the background of a 55-second video. As a teacher making a video for my school, I was okay with spending a little of my own money. This service was suggested in several Google searches, so I spent $25 ($15 to use it and then another $10 for additional credits). I thought I could make a couple of short videos and it would be worth it.

I uploaded the video and a still background and provided clear directions. It said it could test the background replacement for 20 credits. It took three or four attempts at 20 credits each to get it to do what I wanted. First, it gave me a random background that was the same color as my example but otherwise completely unrelated. Then, it cut off part of the background image that I wanted to remain visible.

When it was finally time to approve the video, it wasn’t clear that it wasn't completing the entire video. Instead, it was asking me to spend even more credits to change the background on the rest of it. I quit at that point, canceled the auto-renewal, and contacted customer service. I’m curious to see if I’ll receive a response, but I doubt I’ll get anything back.

They advertise a free tier for testing of services before purchasing a higher tier, but upon receiving credits they refuse to let you use them for generation without upgrading to a paid tier. This behavior is scam like, dishonest, and disreputable. I don't care if they develop the best video AI system EVER, I won't do business with someone like this, because you can't trust them.

La qualité de compréhension des prompts est pas mauvaise, mais la réalisation des vidéos est terriblement faible. Impossible d'avoir du texte correctement affiché, l'ia déforme tout, invente, ... je lui ai demandé d'afficher un appareil auditif, elle m'a fait un petit rasoir, puis apres que je lui ai donné une photo en précisant tout (meme la taille), elle l'a fait de maniere peu ressemblante, mais de la taille d'une pomme.. j'ai dépensé bcp de sous en 5 vidéos toutes ratées (et pourtant j'ai essayé leur aide au prompt)
