Russell Dean Furniture Bewertungen

We purchased a sofa and chair, it was our first visit to Russell Dean but it won't be our last. We had some specific requirements and Laura was really helpful and patient, we made three visits in all and each time Laura was on hand to give advice and provide individual quotations for the suites we were considering. We found her to be kind friendly and very informative but never pushy as in other furniture retailers, Laura gave us time and space to make our decisions but was always on hand to help us when needed. We don't think we could have found anyone better to assist us and everyone at the store were also very friendly would highly recommend Russell Dean.

We were welcomed to the store by two lovely ladies, Melanie and Samantha who took us to where we could view three piece suites and beds. They then handed us over to a very nice gentleman whose name I did not get, who took so much time and patience to choose not only a bed but also a three piece leather suite. His knowledge was second to none and he explained carefully the care needed to look after both items. We were not pressured into purchasing and felt completely at ease with the service we received and would certainly recommend the store to friends and family. It was worth travelling over to this store and so glad we did. Thank you all so much for your friendly and efficient service you gave us and would certainly return if we need any other items of furniture in the future.

Darren was extremely knowledgeable of the furniture we were looking for and the manufacturers products that would suit our needs.

We visited Russell Dean, and were impressed with the layout of the store, and the variety of brands available.

We have just purchased a new Tempur mattress and were so impressed with the service. The patience, help and knowledge we received from Samantha was absolutely second to none. We were given the time we needed to make the right choice with no pressure whatsoever. Excellent customer service. Thank you for the wonderful experience and special thanks to Samantha for all her help.

Visited to enquire about a standard 2 seater Parker Knoll sofa to replace our large sofa. We were looked after by Samantha, who helped us to find the 2 seater sofa in the same style as our current sofa, and in the same fabric. Samantha was pleasant and knowledgeable about Parker Knoll furniture, the fillings, fabrics, post purchase care etc. so we were very happy dealing with her. We have placed a deposit for our new sofa, and hope for it to be delivered prior to Christmas. If needed, our current sofa will also be removed when the new sofa is delivered. Overall, we’re very happy with our latest experience of dealing with Russell Dean.

Excellent service from Samantha and Alan, helping us to choose two sofas. We spent two mornings there, looking at the wide range of sofas and getting advice on the options and offers available.

Fantastic service by Samantha we then ordered our items, very smooth process, brilliant furniture shop which we visit when we are on holiday in the area...this will be the 3rd time we have ordered furniture 😊....we shall return

Pleasantly surprised by the look of the modern building with a car park underneath together with a lift to all floors. We were greeted very promptly on getting out of the lift by Roman who was pleasant, courteous and most helpful without being pushy. He accompanied us to the area where we needed to be and demonstrated the product we were interested in in a very professional manner. He also made sure we were aware of the offers that were available in the sale and explained the buying process from start to finish.

Lovely shop , warm and clean , lots of choice, staff were lovely, there if you needed them no pressure, love the way you could just put the deposit down with no obligation, just to hold the offers , Laura was lovely , so help , I bought a sofa set and some dinning chairs ,would definitely recommend..thank you Laura 😀

Very friendly, professional staff with excellent product knowledge. Laura left us to try the beds on our own for a while then she helped us to narrow it down without being pushy.

Very lucky to have been met by Darren,he’s been very helpful and knowledgeable we came away after purchasing the furniture we were looking for feeling comfortable and not pressured and persuaded,he was a great guy and very easy to talk to.

Absolutely love this store, perfect all round. Plenty of private free parking, beautiful spacious displays, extremely clean and tidy but most of all the staff are so helpful and friendly. I had the pleasure of Sam and Mel with their knowledge and guidance, they made my experience so easy and enjoyable - both of them are a credit to your company and cannot recommend them enough. All round perfect 🥰

Well stocked and spacious store. Very accessible parking. Extremely helpful staff who didn’t pressurise.
Good value offers, particularly at sale times.
Received helpful advice from Duran. Would strongly recommend.

Went to Russell Dean in Mytholmroyd to by a leather footstool to match a suite we bought from there a number of years ago, our sales person was Ronan he was very helpful and friendly and helped us choose exactly what we were looking for, excellent service and a an asset to the company.

Another wonderful trip to one of my favourite stores, Russel Dean.
MCL, at the store, was exceptional in helping Mum choose the items she was looking for, with endless patience and good humour.
If you’re looking for a great furniture store with many varied styles, fantastic customer service representing good value for the quality of goods for sale, look no further.
Thank you.

We visited Russell Dean in Calderdale, the sofa range was of a really high quality. We were helped by Laura who seemed to know everything there was to know about sofas! As we have been struggling to find the right sofas we were really happy to have Laura guide us through each design, fabric and build quality.
We bought two sofas and Laura gave her time without any pressure which we really appreciated.

Darren helped us out looking for our new sofa. Even took part of the sofa outside to see it in a different light. Nothing was to much trouble helping us decide.

Been to buy a bed this morning and the service and help by Laura was outstanding thank you

Ronan was our salesperson during our visit to Russell Dean. He was welcoming, warm and helpful. He is a treasure.

We left having bought a beautiful sofa that is just right for the space we have. We were asked if we needed help, but were also left alone to browse. We received clear and realistic advice on what to expect in terms of delivery times and methods and in how to care for our new sofa.

The quality of furniture here is really impressive. One day, we are definitely coming back for a pair of those amazing recliner chairs on the top floor.

All in all, a delightful retail experience. We'll be back! So, thank you, Ronan and thank you, Russell Dean.
