Rutherfords Cleaning provides reliable residential and commercial cleaning services across East and West Sussex. We work with homeowners, tenants, landlords, letting agents, offices, shops, property managers and other local organisations that require professional cleaning on either a one-off or recurring basis. Our residential services include regular domestic cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, and targeted cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms and other high-use areas. Our commercial services include office cleaning, communal-area cleaning, contract cleaning and tailored cleaning schedules for managed properties and workplaces. Customers can request a quotation by telephone or through our website. We review the property, required tasks, frequency and access arrangements before confirming the scope and price. One-off services are quoted individually, while regular residential and commercial customers can agree a recurring schedule and payment arrangement. Cleaning work is completed by suitable cleaning professionals using commercial-grade equipment, colour-coded cloths and appropriate products for each surface and task. We follow clear checklists and operating procedures to support consistent standards, safe chemical use and quality control. Where a service requires specialist machinery or falls outside the agreed scope, this is discussed and separately quoted before work begins. The business generates income by charging customers directly for completed cleaning services and recurring cleaning contracts. Rutherfords Cleaning does not operate as a marketplace or sell customer leads. Our objective is to provide dependable local cleaning, responsive communication and clear quotations while building a stable portfolio of repeat residential, landlord, property-management and commercial clients throughout Sussex as the company grows.Mehr ansehen
