Don’t waste your time, takes order ok with scheduled delivery timeline, provide card information, 2 hours later e-mail unable to fulfill the order, no other offering for another birthday arrangement. Will receive your refund in a few days. Take your business elsewhere.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE-- I ordered flowers for a funeral over a week in advance and called prior to ensure everything was good to go- "they said yes"- then without a window of time for me to replace the order with another florist they sent me a cancellation notice "The do not have flowers".... Zero chance to replace with something else and now I am STILL waiting for my refund ($200)- this place is a SCAM in my opinion!!!

for Christmas I ordered for a best friend in Texas, a beautiful, when I saw it online, arrangement. The flowers were suppose to arrive in a gold gift box with a red ribbon.
They were delivered in a very common vase and the arrangement was very small.
I will never order from this company again

I wish I could give negative 5 stars. SAVE YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE and run away from contacting this so called business.

I checked on delivery at 4:45 and was told, by answering service located aboard, my order canceled cause floral wasn't available. I told them why was i not informed hours ago to make other arrangements. I was told we will send you email now....WHAT IN THE WORLD. I told them I better see my refund immediately in my Amex acct or I will dispute the charge. I called local florist VENETIAN FLOWERS. Great communication with them just notified delivery is next and will arrive between 1-2pm.

I don't normally go out of my way to make reviews because it's taking up time and effort. However I'm so disappointed with my order I made for valentines day and I must share my experience. I rely on reviews alot and this is why I find my experience important here. I called Ruths Roses in Sunnyvale CA and very clearly explained what I wanted and specifically mentioned what color roses and surrounding flowers and greenery that I desired and opted for premium bouquet which is more but more of a wow dynamic or so I thought. I even specifically told girl what type of vase I wanted comparison to the photo within their catalog. We confirmed 3x about what i wanted and I paid overly fair cost. I received a photo of what was actually delivered and it was nowhere close to what we agreed on. I then reached out to shop to explain this discrepancy and my dissatisfaction and was assured that mgmt would call me to resolve in which never occurred. I emailed 2x to remind them I'm still waiting but I was ignored and ghosted which is why I'm finally doing this review. I definitely do not recommend them to anyone who is concerned with reliable quality service and especially if you have certain requests or visionary expectations. This was a learning experience and I'll be sure to handle it differently with other shops in the future. I would rate this shop zero stars.

so, I googled for a local florist in St. Petersburg, FL... and this company advertise as a local business. completely fraudulent. I order flowers today, said they would be delivered by 7pm est. still no flowers, called twice spoke to two different people- same reaction as others have mentioned... they still want to deliver this late at night (pass 10pm). I told him nobody better show up to deliver anything and I want a refund. of course, the bad reviews do not show up until you search for them...this business needs to be shut down immediately.

I ordered flowers for my granddaughters funeral. The flowers never arrived. I paid $120 dollars for a scam. These people steal from their customers.

The flower arrangement I ordered was never delivered. When I called, I was told by the gentleman I spoke with that the arrangement was en route, so I waited for it to arrive at the celebration of life. Unfortunately, it never did. That was the 2nd time I called. I was disconnected the first time.

This was deeply disappointing, especially given the significance of the occasion. I relied on their confirmation and was left embarrassed and without the tribute we had planned.

I too wish I had noticed the reviews describing a similar experiences, which adds to my concern. I have always believed family-owned businesses take great pride in their service and customer care. I am disappointed.

A total scam!!! Had 1 day to get flowers for my special friend's funeral that is 2hrs and 30 min. away. (SHAME ON ME FOR NOT TAKING TIME TO READ REVIEWS! Called at 11:30 am, paid and asked if they were located in that town. She lied and said yes. She checked to see if she could do the flowers. She lied and said yes. I could even change colors. After ordering I saw a review and called back. I told them they had better look exactly like the picture. I had seen their bad reviews. She said they will.

At 5:30pm I received an email stating they could not fill my order because of supply issues. Now I have no flowers and no way to get them before tomorrow's funeral. These people are crooks! I am so angry and so tired of a scammers. They did credit my credit card. I'm lucky in that respect.

This place sucks. I ordered early one morning for my daughter guaranteed same day delivery. Never recieved so I emailed. They said oh sorry we didn't have a room number. Is that why I had to put a phone number on the order...you could have called. Ok so now its day 2 no delivery called they put me on hold after. Not being able to find my order came back said have no idea if it will be delivered today so I said refund it ill buy one in the gift shop, cant do that either still haven't recieved asked for a call back on status, didn't happen. Don't waste your money.

HORRIBLE!! I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. What arrived was not even remotely close to what I ordered, about 1/2 the size and completely different colors. And.. the message that I put with them was written on an index card! They lead you to believe they are a local family run business but they are not. They are out of Fla.

They were supposed to deliver funeral flowers at 8am, they never arrived and claimed they were delivered the day before -- the funeral home confirms not getting the flowers and they will not give me a refund or redeliver.

If I could leave a negative star review, I would. Ordered flowers for a birthday for same day delivery. I got a message after 2:00pm telling me that they could not fulfill the order "due to supply issues" and would refund my money in 3-5 business days! I don't care so much about waiting for the refund, but now I cannot get the birthday gift delivered by anyone else because they waited so late to notify me. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Went online and found Ruth's Roses in the same city as I was sending my flowers to a good friend in. (Parker, CO) Called Mon Feb 16th and made my order. Constantly repeating I wanted the flowers delivered on my friends real birthday which was Feb 18th. I was assured they would be. Then the next day Feb 17th I called back to add one, long stem, red rose to the bouquet. Once again assured it would be delivered the next day Feb 18th. Well my friend calls me that same day and thanks me for the flowers. They delivered them Feb 17th!!! I asked if there was one red rose in bouquet. She says no. I was livid!! Also on "special instructions" I clearly asked to be texted once flowers were delivered. Never got a text. Got on the phone and called them to talk to a manager and got the total run-around!! Lots of different people answer their phone. (why??) They either claimed the manager not in, wouldn't be in until Mon or put me on hold forever!! What a disappointment! I spent $127 for lilies for a very, very special friend and Ruth's Roses messed up the entire order. What gives?? They ended up delivering a 2nd bouquet to my friend with the red rose in it. I think my anger on the phone provoked that. I will never do business with them again. And..... SHAME ON THEM!!!! SK

2 days after getting turned down from another florist stating that they could not find a florist to do my flowers for a friend. I then turned to Ruth Roses and was told after I paid for the flowers that they did have any flowers to make the bouquet I paid for. which I felt that should have been said before purchasing the Bouquet and I still have not received my refund

Where do I begin? I guess I might start with an amazing beautiful. Vibrant rose collection. I received my roses. with a beautiful vase, fresh vibrant roses. They rang my doorbell and they phoned me. I was happy with the experience. Amazing delivery amazing flowers. So happy.

Worst scam artist ever! Paid 80$ for a delivery that never came and it’s been 3 weeks and they will not refund you your money. Do not buy from these scam artists

I made up an order for a loved ones Funeral and even gave a tip for a total of $152. I did not find out until four days later that the flowers were unable to be sent in a refund was given. They should’ve called me when they knew they could not fulfill the order and I could’ve called someone else but instead, the family got nothing from us.:( very poor customer service!

I placed an order to be delivered on Valentines Day, I received a call to verify the order a few days ago. The entire day is gone & the order is still not delivered. I called back twice looking for the order, when I called the second time I was told it could take up to 7pm before the order is delivered. They will never get my business again.

Terrible customer service. Ordered roses for my wife two days prior to Valentine’s Day and they sent me an email saying they could not deliver due to supply issues. No phone call! Kuhn flowers( who were out of yellow roses)🥀 always calls if they have an issue! Never ordering from here again!
