I needed a shorter cord
I needed a shorter and lighter cord for my fiver. This cord works well. It locks on the fiver and 15 feet is the perfect length when I use my generator. It will also work well at many RV parks where the electric is close to the fiver.

Easy to deal with
Easy to deal with, and prompt shipping. Well made product. The only issue I have is that the cord is not long enough (story of my life 🤣). I should’ve bought a 25 foot, instead of 15. Outside of my error, I am very satisfied.

Customer service is lacking
I ordered the item, items sent but shipped via Amazon. The item was then supposedly delivered to my mail room but Amazon decided to take one photo with 20 packages and say it was delivered. The mail room doesn't see it, double checked with me and no item is found. I notified the company and was basically told too bad.
