This company is honestly a joke. When we had an item go MIA we tried to reach out to customer service. FYI they only allow you to reach out via email. Funny, their website says the reason for their being no phone number to call is to “better help customers” and so they can “be held more accountable for what [they] say”. Moving on, after multiple emails exchanged with “owner/operator”, Derek Pinkston, we had an absolutely horrible experience. While we were just trying to track our package that we had not received a week later, he offered Little to no help and begin sending snarky messages back the level of unprofessional was unreal. If you want someone belittling and willing to curse at you over email, go ahead and purchase from them. I have a feeling this company is following the path of its owner—trash. Save yourself the hassle and don’t get scammed by this “company”.

As stated by other reviews these guys are thieves..If you make a return…they hold your refund for over two months so far after several promises they would get it done

I purchased a Magnum inverter control board on 11/16/23. It was originally back ordered, but has been in stock for several weeks. I have called and emailed since November and there has been NO response. They originally charged my credit card $526 and are now ghosting me. Such a dishonest disappointment. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

I need to return for a refund.The part I received was not the right one.How do I return the part? I have no return address or invoice.Please send this info. I still need the part for 2007 Freedom Spirit. It only has one water connection not 2 and no lock.

A $5000 order has been "processing" for about 3 weeks. No other details or ETA. No response to ticket that was created (other than an automated acknowledgement). No one responds to phone calls/messages left. Apparently no way to cancel order online.

I only received 9 out of the 10 items I ordered. Afterwards customer service never got back to me…

Great prices but... Will not answer calls for defected shipment. Shortage in order, no Custer support. Don't order from these people!!

My product ordered & shipped in reasonable time. When received and found to be the incorrect part ordered, the company did not return my inquiry about returning it. With a 30 day return policy in place; the part was returned on time and I'm being told I can't get a refund even though the part wasn't touched other than to pack it up and ship it back. Very dishonest. Buyer beware!

I made a perches on line paid for it, waited a week only to find out you didn't have the part. Yes I did get the refund but it appeared that you had the part, it is winter and we needed the part.

Only shipped half of my order. Still haven't heard back from customer service, even though it has been more than 24 hours.

Customer service was very knowledgeable about the parts and the installation of the winterizing kit was very easy and everything needed was in the kit

I was looking for a bath faucet for the travel trailer. It was my first experience with RV Part Shop & customer service advised how I could access the catalog online & even directed me right where I needed to look. From there, it was quite easy to find what I needed and place the order. The parts arrived at our home quicker than expected - they're already installed and we're ready to go camping!

Simple order for toilet gasket filled promptly.

Product was just exactly what it was represented to be, quality was good . It was shipped promptly and arrived sooner than I expected, one of my best experiences shopping online.

Did not have to wait very long for it to be shipped. When it went into the warehouse for shipping I got a number to check on it. Well it never left the building till after I received it. So the system or someone running the system was late. Everything else was great.
