Ordered parts that never came. When I went to ask about a status update they never replied they just refund my purchase. Not sure what happened but a little communication could have gone a long way.

Ordered fiberglass panel for my trailer. excellent price, everything came perfect condition, and 2 days from time I ordered it. I couldn't be happier!!!

I need a cover for my camper water heater door. Product arrived quickly and exactas described. First time ordering from RV Parts Nation. I would order again in the future if I need anything.

From the time I ordered this item it took 5 days to get shipped out.
Could of been in back order and was temporarily out of stock ...who knows.
Would of been considerate for them to inform me one way or another.

After 8 years, the door closer on our camper failed. I used Bing to search the part number and RV Parts Nation came up. I also checked Amazon and found ones that were similar, but much heavier weights. They were also single units and almost double the price. I went with Parts Nation and got two units in just a few days. It took about 5 minutes to install and the door now stays open in the wind.

On 06-02-2022 I placed an order for a roof vent fan. On 06-02-2022 I received an email confirmation regarding my order. My credit card was billed. On 06-07-2022 I received an email regarding a change of status for my order. E-mail new status Refunded. Not sure why this was refunded, unless you do not have the roof vent fan product, which would beg the question of why are you offering this product to the public if you do not have it in inventory. Could you just post on your website "OUT OF Stock"? How many stars do you think this transaction deserves?

RV Parts Nation had the part I needed, 20" 15# gas strut. I placed my order Tuesday evening and received the shipment on Friday. The price was great as well.

Everything in my order was wrong. I ordered three white Self leveling Dicor 502 LSW sealant. I got two white 501 LSW and one gray 502 sealant!!! I only ordered from RV parts nation because they supposedly had it… I even paid extra. I will never use RV parts Nation again! I suggest you don’t either

We ordered the Day/Night Shades Suede and Buff but received a different color. It will work in our camper so we will be installing them over the weekend.

Product was not the same as the web page

The part has been slow to ship. I ordered it days ago and while there is a USPS tracking number it say the USPS is still waiting for the package. I don't know what is going on but would be more satisfied if it shipped faster.
Obviously I have no feedback on the part itself yet.

I could not order a part to add to the order, I sent you a message about adding it, and no response. You shipped a product where the transportation cost is equal the product value... logistics and customer service is severely lacking.
