You cancelled my order and said you would issue me a refund. I replied to your email twice that I had not received a refund. You just stopped responding. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company

Your website allowed me to place an order, only to cancel the order 2 days later. Take the items off your website that are not available.

I had really wanted a good customer experience as a first timer. It didn’t happen. Really bad communication. In fact, no communication. Embarrassed for RV Nation.

I ordered converter paid extra shipping for two day delivery emailed them four times and never got any return calls finally got an email this morning that it was canceled.My RVs been down for three days now I have to find another one and wait for more shipping we have no power in our RV terrible service would not recommend

Still haven't received the part. Was charged, but maybe it takes a long to receive the item??

Trina was fantastic, she helped me place my order correctly, in the 20 ft of siding was that my door in south Georgia 3 days later. Anything ever need again for my camper I'll call y'all first.

I checked after I canceled my order and it was still at $300 for 20 ft. So that tells me it is a bait and switch. Which in interstate commerce is ilegal

I need to return the part I finally received. I have emailed twice and left 2 voicemail messages
Requesting instructions on how to return. I have yet to hear from anyone this is been almost a week now. I would like to return the part and receive a refund it was not what I ordered and damaged. I ordered a range hood that was unducted, I received one that was ducted and cracked.

Ordered a part needed quickly on Thursday called to confirm order and availability no answer, called back on Friday no answer. Monday was told it would ship on Tuesday. No shipping/ tracking number sent. Call Monday was told they didn’t have the part should ship on Friday. Seriously?
Cancelled order. This is what I get for trying to not buy from the big companies.
