Avoid. I had my business mobile number for 26 years, move it over to these fraudsters to keep it alive. They cancelled the number and service with no notification, yet continued to take payment for a further 7 months. Called their customer service, stuck on hold for 40 mins, for an uninterested person called Alex to tell me that they were not taking money (my bank statements say different), but it was cancelled, so what did I expect them to do.I will continue to chase this, as if they have done this to me, they could be doing this to hundreds of other customer who don't know they have been stollen from until much later.

Ordered a SIM. Couldn't connect, top up, sent round in circles to now mobile and back. Next think I know a machine voice is asking for my country then bank details. No thanks feels right dodgy!!! No official customer services etc

Was fine at first, but I stopped being able to check how much allowance I have left for the month, data randomly stops working for months and then decides to start working again, customer service is terrible, calls and texts have also stopped working for me recently.

Was a customer for a couple of years. 2 sim cards for kids (30-day contracts). Couple of months ago ported their numbers elsewhere. They keep taking money from my bank account. emails remain unanswered.

Bought a SIM as a back up, registered it...no response but it appeared to be fine. All if a sudden, my account has disappeared, the SIM deactivated. No response from these people by email or DM. Totally AVOID these people as they steal your funds and you cannot elicit a response from them. SCAMMERS!

i have been using RWG for 2 years now and it was great initially, but ever since they moved their support function to now mobile it has been awful. I can't check my credit by testing my plan to 669. I was billed above my allowance when abroad and not reimbursed even though the agent told me over the phone my plan includes roaming. It's just one poor experience after another. I am seriously considering moving to another provider. They need to do better. Go back to their roots.

Another annoying thing is no one replies to emails in a timely manner anymore. Sometimes my emails go unanswered for months! It's beyond a joke!

RWG does not appear to show rates for Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man on their newish site. They used to be on the international drop-down section. The UK rate section appears to be identical to Now Mobile.

After requesting PAC code I found they took £5 as an auto top-up. I've never ever used them or set it up. Customer service claim I did and due to T&C's refund is not possible.
Beware of those pickpockets and delete payment methods before leaving.

Avoid this company at all costs. Calls/data/texts have been cut off with no warning. Got no response to emails to the company. PAC/STAC doesn't give the code just a 0. Also texting for your balance no longer works and brings an error message. Avoid.

Can't find my remaining minutes and data for this month

dealing with these people is a very sleepy process. After I received my SIM, I entered 0000 as this is the common default pin for most SIMs that I ama aware of. I do it to be able to use a PIN and avoid certain types of scams. It locked me out. RWG said that I had to enter 0000 and that I 'likely' entered something else. Mh. Then I ordered a replacement SIM from my account and didn't receive it. Did it again, with the same results.

It feels as if this company doesn't have much staff to make it work at all.

in the end, I just deleted my account, with the whole £ 4.24 in it. Just wanted to get rid of all this, now using Tesco Mobile, everything's fine.

I got a PAYG sim from this company last year. All was good for a while until one day my online account was deleted and I could no longer top it up or see my balance online. The sim is in an intercom so I can't use text. Yesterday it just stopped working and I've lost all my credit. I emailed them a few weeks ago asking why my online account had been cancelled and to help with the problem. No response. Avoid them they are an ignorant bunch!

Absolute Trash, they decided after I had purchased a 12 month plan (£30 paid up front) to cancel it WITHOUT notifying me a 2 months later - I found this out after it stopped working.

I was offered a partial refund, no apologies.

Do not use this company.

Apparently they can change the rules, not notify you and disable your number.

Non existent customer support. They ignore all communication. I’m so frustrated with them.

Was interested in RWG after seeing their charges on a money saving site. I tried to order a free sim on their site, I can't get it to work ? Now I have read the reviews here, I am thinking not to continue with it.

Absolutely terrible service. I cancelled my subscription over a month ago and was told it had been cancelled, yet they have continued charging me every month.
I emailed them about the issue and never even received a reply. I also called, and although they said they had processed the cancellation, they clearly didn't. To make matters worse, if I try to register or access my account, it tells me the account doesn't exist. Yet somehow they can still email me every month to tell me they've taken another payment.
I don't even have an active phone number with them anymore, so I have no idea what they're actually charging me for. I can't even use the service, so they're taking money for something they can't even provide.
The SIM itself wasn't great either. Half the time it didn't work properly, and I regularly lost connection, making it unreliable when I actually needed it.
I am now at the point where I'm having to cancel my bank card just to stop them taking further payments because they have failed to honour my cancellation. That is completely unacceptable.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. After this experience, I can see exactly why they have so many negative reviews. Poor customer service, poor communication, an unreliable service, and continuing to charge customers after claiming to have cancelled their account is simply unacceptable. I am going to look into what authorities i can report them to!

In 2022 I purchased a lifetime sim for £20. This came with a small monthly data, text and call allowance.

When the sim stopped working I attempted to contact customer services to enquire why my account had been deleted. No explanation has been provided.

A company that cannot be trusted.

I used RWG before and found them good. But not now. Ordered a sim card. They took my money for this month and ongoing payments for every future month. They sent no confirmation email. I have no order details, only the payment with Paypal. I can't log onto their website to find the order or cancel the order as I have NO details of the order number or Sim card number. After 2 weeks I still have received no Sim card. They have not answered my emails for days. I contacted Paypal and I think they are going to cancel it. Madness. How difficult to send Sim card or confirmation email, and if not sent to keep the customer informed. Sean

Was with this company for about three months. Despite having a recurring monthly contract, every month I had to call them to activate my bundle, sometimes this required several calls to them and took days to activate. When I switched to another provider they still took my monthly payment and after more than a week they have still not responded to my email requesting repayment of this

I got a SIM card for my dad. He's fairly low usage so the price seemed good.

However, there is a reason for the saying "you get what you pay for". In this case, you pay little, and get even less.

The service stopped working after a while and there was no way to resolve. There is an online portal but you can't submit anything through it or even view your account. Anyway, it just randomly got deleted one day.

Emails are never responded to and if you ever do get through on the phone it's never responded to.

My partner also once tried to sign up to them but they never ported the number but charged for the service anyway. In the end we had to dispute the charge with the credit card company as there was no way to get RWG to respond to us.
