Customer service, prompt and dependable.

RX was doing a great job. Good delivery, great price. And then they got political. I paid my amount due, then they said that due to tariffs, I might have to pay a lot more. When the tariffs started, they were already 2 months behind in my delivery. And I never received my prescription.
Now it's 15 months after I paid. They don't answer my emails. I thought they were a great company who should have stayed OUT of politics.
They reminded me of the refill order, I paid it and then everything went sideways. I contacted them, by email, phone and only once they talked to me. I told that every country had bad politicians, but I did not put the tariffs on Canada. This is how it stands now. I paid, no prescription, and I asked nicely for my money back. They could have sent the pills from Canada instead of India and bypass the tariffs. But NO.

Customer service reached out and not only helped me with info, but offered great alternatives to get what I needed in no time.

Easy to use and saved on my perscription.

Orders usually ship faster than the expected date and customer service is great! We will continue using this service for our medications.

RX Connected called me when I still had plenty of meds left. But I am TERRIBLE about remembering to reorder in time to keep from running out, and then I panic...the CS Rep offered to call ME back when I would be close to running low, and that's exactly what they did! They did me a huge favor by keeping me from running out on a very important med I take.

They always call to remind you when you need a refill. They are always courteous and kind on the phone. And they always explain everything they make refilling your prescription so simple.

Do not order from this company!!!

My experience from beginning to end has been absolutely horrible. It has taken 3 weeks for my order to be processed through the pharmacy. Called at least 10 times to find out what the hold up is and no one can provide an explanation; at one point a customer service agent said it got lost in the process. I’ve been told repeatedly that it will be mailed on 3-5 business days then 2-3 business days. Time goes on and it STILL HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED. I have repeatedly been told I will get a call back and no one gives me a call back. Asked for a supervisor and there is no supervisor on staff.

Do not trust this company. Will absolutely NEVER order from them again.

They destroyed my trust in them when I called to pause my order, and they then shipped it three days later anyway.

My vet changed the medicine requirements as our needs changed, so I called to pause the order. I told them I would follow up when to place the order. They asked how long and I told them it would probably be a few days before I knew.

Instead, they took the opportunity to bill, charge, and ship without my authorization or even confirming with me first.
