This is the second time I have used R&D and the reason I did was how impressed I was last time. The team are all so lovely, but special mention to Jacqueline this time who has been the glue to push the sale through and keep things on track. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with, regular proactive updates and always went above and beyond to help; I felt that she genuinely cared and wanted to help. I can’t recommend Ryder & Dutton highly enough. After having two previous estate agents who failed to sell our house, Ryder & Dutton sold it within the first week.
A special mention has to go to Jacqueline Gartshore, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. I know I probably pestered her quite a bit, but she was always patient, professional, friendly and incredibly responsive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she kept me informed every step of the way, which really put my mind at ease.
