Elizabeth at Ryder & Dutton Middleton was amazing. Any concerns we had, we shared and these were rectified. Last minute stress the day before moving day and Elizabeth was right there to help us.

Positive points: Branch Manager was very helpful during initial process, and guided me very well and house went up on sale fairly easily and quickly. The drawing of contract was easy.
Negative points: Once house was sold, Lack of communication, I wasn’t kept up to date, I had to do lots of chasing around and even with that I would get redundant answers. Any information I was seeking from seller where agent has to act as a bridge, it was almost impossible asking them for help. Staff not very helpful. Based on this I think they are overpriced for services they give.
Will I recommend R&D? No!

The team were very friendly and supportive everytime l called the office line. Elizabeth Powel was in charge of my case , believe me when l say she is one in a million when it comes to being supportive, being proffesional and giving you the reassurance that you need to keep you going when you feel like giving up. The sales experience was fine - a few glitches setting up the contract and then not recording a new house alarm code in the system. Selling price ended up £12,000 below original estimate. Otherwise very competent and kept us well informed during the various showings.
Once a sale was agreed, contact shifts to a Ryder & Dutton Move Manager, in our case Laura Gittins who was excellent. Without Laura we would have had no idea what was happening as getting information from the solicitors was like pulling teeth. She was able to talk to all buyers/sellers in the chain which was extremely useful.
