We have been extremely impressed with Leon's dedication and professionalism throughout our interactions. He has consistently gone above and beyond to facilitate our visits to to the property which was empty ensuring we could show tradespeople the property for the necessary works. Last week, Leon met us at the property as we had tradespeople coming to provide quotes. Unfortunately, one of them was delayed and arrived late, but Leon was very understanding and stayed beyond his finishing time to accommodate us. His willingness to help and his courteous demeanour were greatly appreciated.

Moreover, Leon has kept us well-informed on the progress of the sale, providing timely updates that have been invaluable to us.

Additionally, I would like to commend Sue, who has shown us around the property. She, too, has been an absolute pleasure to work with and is a credit to your team

Our property had lots of viewings from the offset, we always received feedback and it sold pretty quickly. Megan at Ryder and Dutton liaised between the solicitors was friendly,helpful and kept us informed. All staff from the initial valuation to the end sale were approachable and helpful.

I use R & D as my letting agent for my one property. I had to chase my rent from them last month and they explained how this had happened. I didn't expect the same thing to happen the following month. And when I've phoned and emailed them I've not received a reply.
I would not recommend using them due to the difficulties I've had communicating with them

Graham was very easy and pleasant to deal with, and always happy to help. Leon took us through the process and was also easy to speak to and very helpful - and in particular very patient when there were slight glitches along the way.
