We recently purchased a property from a vendor selling through Ryder & Dutton, however, I would really recommend them for how pro-active and engaging they were for us as buyers.

Ryder & Dutton based in Slaithwaite and our agent Laura was a great bridge between both solicitors, vendor and even helping with the understanding of the buying process.

Solicitors aren't always the easiest to contact, even though I was paying for a service, but however lacking they were for providing updates, Laura consistently and pro-actively sought out to keep momentum for the purchase and ensure that we had updates from all sides.

We were stuck in traffic on our completion date and just managed to collect the keys to move in, as most will know moving isn't all fun and the welcome pack Laura provided really did take some of the edge off the stress of the day. We really appreciated the gesture
