This afternoon, I visited Ryman Baker Street to request a printed copy of a Kudoboard virtual message board. I provided two downloaded printable versions and asked which would produce the best print quality, as well as what output size they would recommend.

Unfortunately, Diego, the printing-services assistant, appeared annoyed and puzzled by my questions and was unable to offer clear advice or a recommendation. I felt that my request was treated as though it was difficult or unusual, rather than a standard customer-service query.

I felt disrespected and spoken to unkindly. Staff should be able to handle questions that fall outside routine requests with patience, professionalism, and a helpful attitude. In my view, Diego would benefit from further customer-service training, particularly around communicating respectfully and responding constructively to customers’ questions.

I arrived with printing to do late in the day on Sunday for an early work trip Monday. My file was way off printing the labels I needed so I was in a tight spot. The deputy manager Neil came out to help and spent a lot of time with me, going way above and beyond to sort me out and I left with what I needed. Didn't even charge me for his time! Outstanding customer service, very thankful!

Horrific experience at the Baker Street store. Waited in line for 20 minutes, no acknowledgement of the queue or apologising for the wait. Got to the front and was scoffed at for not emailing my file - I had not been told to do this so how was I to know!! Then despite me calling 3 times in advance to check the best time to come in and could they print on A6, was then informed it would come out wonky, which it then did. So had to go elsewhere - complete waste of my time.

Awful manager in there Profetus very unprofessional! RIP offs charging far to high costs for printing! Very rude & disrespectful!he needs sacking!

I went to Rymans Sutton Surrey and I would like to say a HUGE HUGE THANK YOU ever so much to Emma for all her patience, time and help today. She is so polite, friendly, efficient and super helpful. Keep up the excellent work Emma. Thank you soooo much again. Please know this is very much appreciated.

I find it absolutely scandalous that I went into rymon two days ago to get some printing done and the prices they are charged are beyond absurd. Never again, will I use their services for anything overpriced?And they weren't much service going on in the store.Anyway, I got some smart remarks about what I was printing. I last minute when I saw the pages they had printed off for me. I've noticed that the font is bigger than a normal printer. When I do it a my printer, so they charge more money for more pages. And then that's how they make the money, it's ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous

Have just ordered, or tried to order 3 hand held fans which are now back in stock. Went through to pay only to find that I can’t collect them from a Bristol store, neither can they be delivered to my home address in Bristol … ???

I saw a printer at a heavily discounted price in Rymans window. It was the last one so Sam got it out of the window for me, I payed for it and Lucy carried it to the car park and put it in my car. Both ladies were very pleasant and helpful.

I ordered two mid year diaries online from Rymans. Same diary, one sage and one pink. Delivered today and I was sent TWO identical pink diaries. Trying to use the email contact form to complain kept freezing my tablet and it kept happening when I tried again including uploading the photo of two identical pink diaries. I give up. Surely to God someone can get an order for two diaries right. Just glad I didn’t order the printer I was going to buy. Beyond useless in every way.

I visited Rymans Lamb's Conduit, and this chain of shops largely rises and falls on the quality of staff and certain products. I bought a simple US/UK adaptor which didn't work at all well and the staff made constant excuses for the product problem - plus the response came with a certain negative attitude right up to Manager level. Odd to have such an experience in a Ryman. Will find other suppliers from now on.

I visited Golders Green branch today and was served by Venicia her customer service was amazing really appreciate it thanks.

Although people there were nice. I requested something laminated. The lady laminated my paper and i payed. However, i after just 5 minutes, the lamination fell apart. It didnt stick at all. £2 wasted. Ill just use tape.

I was a flustered 69+ lady who needed something to download from her phone. The gentleman behind the counter was so helpful and managed to print my items depite me fluffing about like an old hen!

I bought 2 notebooks on a buy one get one half price offer l when I got home I discovered they were gridded rather than lined pages . Took them back the next day with the receipt and it took two members of staff 15 mins to work out how to let me exchange them for two identically priced lined ones. They even made me pay extra for them.

this is the second time i’ve visited Rymans in kensington high street london and the staff seem stressed out moody and rude i work in retail and would lose my job if i spoke to anyone like they do when you say thank you they don’t reply one of them at the post office desk was bullying there colleague right before my eyes they need training in customer service very very poor service with hostile staff as for the western union service they offer 2 hours wait to send money ridiculous bad service

Joshua at the Telford branch was absolutely fantastic. Quite easily the best service I’ve ever received.

He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and proactive as he helped me with photocopying. Joshua gave me great recommendations which was appreciated. The service was very personable and attentive overall.

Stuart and the team at Cambridge City Centre, made me up some fabulous canvasses for me. Service was warm and punctual. Results fabulous, and a good cost considering the work involved. Many thanks indeed xx
